What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone has access to Miro and there is a learning curve. Doesn't work like a pc or Apple
So things get moved when others are trying to type and it should work like a word doc or PowerPoint.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went virtual and we used to be all in the same office. This allowed us within our team to stay connected and to add a visual element to our meetings. One of the decision makers is a visual learner and this cuts down on decision times because she can see it and make necessary changes on her time before the meeting
Ideal tool for gathering 10+ members' opinions
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use for beginners, so I can invite anyone even if they don't know much about Miro.
And its timer function and voting function are very useful to make decisions based on everyone's opinions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Menu and Help support only English. I think you should localize GUI language for each region to understand its features easily for beginners.
Especially, many Japanese people are not good at reading English.

I can talk with everyone and make decisions if the team size is less than 7. But if the number of team members is 10+, it isn't easy to talk everyone's opinion in real meetings.
So I used Miro and gathered everyone's opinion by using stickers. Then everyone votes on the sticker which they think best.

Collaboration Catalyst
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a massive library of templates I regularly use for all manner of online collaborative exercises. I love the chaos of having multiple people working on the board, and Miro provides some controls to rein it in when things get out of hand. I've had great success getting people who are not accustomed to this kind of toolset to adopt it. When using it to review content, getting people to log in directly but then using the follow-me functionality allows for the right balance of controlling a presentation and actively engaging the group for concrete feedback. I also love that Miro is always adding stuff, and it seems to me it's all worth adding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dunno. Maybe a mode for people who are a bit overwhelmed by the toolset where the toolbox is constrained?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've always had a fair bit of remote work in my life, but obviously, that has been amplified lately. Miro is an online collaboration catalyst. Even for events where people can be in the same room, I often use it anyway because a Miro board is way more useful than a photo of a whiteboard that has to be erased at the end of a session. Mostly I find Miro can be a great environment to connect the business people with design people with engineering people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those not as comfortable with the drawing toolset, take the time to get comfortable with it. Once you're over the hump, you'll supercharge your ability to ideate and collaborate with your colleagues.
A fantastic visualization and team collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro can be used to create visual to represent processes, timelines, and project steps. It's a great synchronous and asynchronous tool to support teams in working together both during and between meetings on project steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toggle process between edit mode and navigation mode can be a bit finicky. Sometimes I end up making accidental edits or adjustments to a board because I was trying to navigate through it in the wrong mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a big team so it can be hard to track who's doing what on a particular project. Miro helps us to streamline our timelines and delegate tasks to the full team while also making that information accessible to everyone at any time.
A great collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative nature of the tool and the scope of the infinite canvas are really nice. Also, the ability to integrate it with sheets and other such apps is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to the app. Understanding how the integration works is not really simple. Also, the ownership transfer system or the lack thereof is quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We regularly have to make flowcharts to describe what we are doing and what we plan to do. To make a flow chart that is accessible to all and anyone with clear access can edit is a boon. We have also started using the board for brainstorming and for that it has been incredibly useful.
Great Work flow tool- untapped promise for apparel industry.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how visual miro is, and how you can use it as a Virtual bulletin board, whiteboard and meeting space at once. It is fast and holds a lot of visual data without slowing down too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is room for improvement in a couple of areas, would love more customization in tool settings, would love to have a feature where you can snap images to grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us visualize our product line even if we aren't together looking at samples.
The greatest companion
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a tool that helps our customer experience consulting team organize and manage our projects and work. We can do most of the things we did in our office walls, and with some video call platforms, we can be a team even remotely. Another excellent thing about Miro is that if something doesn't exist, it is sure to be in development, and if not, you can easily ask for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things I don't like about it are some minor problems that need some adjustments, like the ctrl + z function that has provoked one or another headache. And one thing that has stopped our internal frenzy for Miro as a team is that our clients don't always know how to manage this type of platform, and we need to plan using the tools as a mere presentation and not using all the potential it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The remote work as a whole; we used to be very physical in the office, using Post-its, the walls, and whiteboards, and Miro came as the best solution. And also, for some day-to-day problems that were present even before the pandemic, now we don't have to use PowerPoint to its maximum extension for a Customer Journey; instead, we use Miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you collaborate with others creatively, Miro is the best tool remotely. And also, I think if we come back to the office, we will still use it, as it has become part of our day-to-day work, processing interviews, getting insights, and working on templates. It has another considerable use for digital meetings and workshops, but it depends on your craft.
The best collaboration tool for modern hybrid work
What do you like best about the product?
During the pandemic and the hybrid work setup, people spend countless hours in non-productive Teams & Zoom meetings. It's often tough to agree on a technical concept or make informed decisions. That's why Miro is super helpful. By enriching your dull black-screen remote meetings, you can easily whip up concept pictures of complex technical solutions to spur conversation. I've learned that often it's easier to show "the wrong answer" of a process or a technical solution to spark discussion rather than asking people what they think. Also team building and retro sessions become engaging when using one of the Miro community templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. If anything, I feel like sharing Miro links to workshop participants who didn't yet sign up to Miro could be more frictionless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running weekly data business design workshops and project kickoff meetings where we need to first scope the business problem in a lean canvas way, before stepping into technical details.
Treasure tool for on-line non formal education
What do you like best about the product?
As anyone else with COVID I had to transfer most Of my classes on-line. I am a huge fan Of non formal education methodology and Thanks to Miro I can do it in The best possible way!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro would be part Of Microsoft Teams as my mine teaching on-line program. I imagine that as well as I can share easily The white board on Teams I would do with Miro, it would make it so much Easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love The diversity Of The options and possibilities. From presentations to workshops format and discussion and brainstorming as well. We usually USe it for interculture communication class where sharing is caring
A great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are many templates and tools available in the platform and there is also tons of helpful tips to utilize all Miro has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve with Miro which can make some projects completion time longer. By staying consistent anyone can be at least proficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of being able to collaborate in real time with team mates and being able to participate in Zoom ice breakers through Miro.
