Great tool for problem solving but lack the precision

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Miro is great for understanding complex problems and structures at work. I've recently joined a team where there a lot of processes and data structures that I need to quickly. Miro has been very helpful in mapping out relationships and taking large amount of notes where everything is always stored.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've previously used other tools like Figma. I really love and use the preciseness of Figma for building detailed dashboards etc. Miro is very crude compared to Figma in this instance. When you create a note or section, you cannot even select multiple font sizes for that note for things like titles and subtitles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me understand complex workflows and dataflows

Seamless and Versatile: Miro's Game-Changer for Creative Teams

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless real-time collaboration: Miro makes it incredibly easy for my remote team to brainstorm and iterate on ideas together, no matter where we are. The infinite canvas and sticky notes feel intuitive and fun, turning complex projects into visual masterpieces.
Versatility for various use cases: From agile planning and user journey mapping to simple mind maps, it's become my go-to tool for everything visual and collaborative.
Integrations galore: It connects smoothly with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace, saving us tons of time switching between apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a bit overwhelming with too many boards open at once, but that's more about my organization habits than the tool itself. Free tier limits might push teams toward paid plans faster than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been instrumental in solving our biggest challenges in remote team collaboration and visual idea management. Previously, our distributed team struggled with fragmented tools and disjointed brainstorming sessions, leading to miscommunications and slower project iterations. Now, with Miro's infinite canvas and real-time editing, we've streamlined our mind mapping and whiteboard workflows, reducing meeting times by 40% and ensuring everyone stays aligned on complex ideas like user journeys and strategy roadmaps. This has directly boosted our overall productivity, allowing us to turn abstract concepts into actionable plans faster and more collaboratively.

Miro has changed the way we collaborate

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy for us to collaborate as a team, and plan for future work without having any tasks fall through the cracks.
Our team uses Miro daily. We depend on it for everything from backlog grooming and sprint planning to onboarding and 'meet the team' fun games for new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
We already use Miro to view Jira tasks in multiple different layouts, but I'm looking forward to having an even deeper integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we had before Miro was tasks getting lost in Jira, or having 'pie in the sky' tasks cluttering up the Jira backlog. Now we have the true backlog in Miro, plus a separate wishlist. Items only turn into Jira tasks when we are ready to begin work on them. We can visually indicate priorities using labels or colors or columns and swimlanes in the Kanban, while the planner allows us to interact with the Jira sprint from within the Miro board.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to tag content and organize it into groups. The availability of numerous templates is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the camera feature, but it seems to be restricting my experience in the web interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows for faster grouping of content and makes it easy to collect comments from many people remotely at the same time. It's great for workshops, as you no longer need to convert physical post-its into digital format.

Super product

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Canvas building tools with so many use cases. I personally used it to replace presentation and it gets higher conversion when clients see the Miro board vs a regular PPTX
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. But it would be great if the video recorder could be managed independently.

I can keep writing and developing my ideas endlessly, as the platform offers all the features I need to build my workflows. Whenever I require assistance, customer support is always available, which is especially helpful since I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be fantastic if I could integrate Miro with HubSpot, as this would save me from having to recreate the workflows each time.

When presenting a meeting, Miro is the best ideas board we use.

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Miro; it is both suitable and easy to use. Implementation is straightforward, so getting started with it is simple. I typically use Miro in every meeting, and my experience has always been positive. People find it friendly and engaging during calls, which makes collaboration more enjoyable. Integrating Miro with other apps is also very easy, especially with Slack and Zoom, which are the tools I use most often. As for customer support, I believe it is excellent. I know they are working to support the entire business, and their efforts are impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro fulfills the requirements I have, and while it's understandable that access to most of the impressive or top features requires a paid plan, my main issue is with the pricing. Although they provide a range of alternatives, the features available are quite restricted depending on the plan you choose. I don't mind paying for the service, but I would prefer a plan that offers access to more features and feels more suitable for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps me organized throughout my meetings by offering a shared whiteboard where everyone can share ideas, brainstorm, and collaborate on similar tasks. This approach helps avoid confusion and saves significant time, as everyone can contribute simultaneously rather than waiting for their turn. Additionally, Miro supports more focused discussions by providing a visual platform for collaboration and feedback.
