My favorite tool for collaboration and making diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the collaborative tools that Miro offers for real-time teamwork, such as sticky notes, flip cards, spinner wheels, alignment scales, and interactive stickers. Creating flowcharts is also straightforward and simple with their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing users can be tricky. We inadvertently added guest users to full-price team members on more than one occassion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me keep our team retrospectives fresh and engaging. It saves me tons of time creating workflow diagrams and mock-ups
Streamlining the entire design process
What do you like best about the product?
Our design team can collabourate instantly, from multiple locations, in real time. The speed in which we can communicate changes, make updates, edits and share this information with external business partners is a game chnager. Since printing expenses have gone up this year thanks to these lovely tarriffs, we can save money in printing but digitally uploading designs and then only printing what is neccessary instead of literally everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to share vicerol reactions to designs getting reactions to products we create. They're just there so it's hard to judge what works and what doesnt without actually writing that information down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sharing designs with product development teams. This would normally be done by physically printing samples and then meeting in person to review. Now we can do that in our own time from our desks. its a game changer.
A must have for design team
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Miro for a year now, and I can really feel the difference in the workflow. This endless whiteboard helps the whole team to drop ideas, images, and notes, brainstorm, and collaborate more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have anything I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a whiteboard helping the whole team to brainstorm online
Excellent tool for collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and allows you to quickly create visual boards, which makes brainstorming, planning, and task tracking easier. The variety of ready-to-use templates also saves time and helps structure ideas.
Another strong point is real-time collaboration. You can see colleagues’ edits immediately, making meetings more dynamic and productive.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a suggestion for improvement, I believe performance could be optimized in very heavy boards, since there is sometimes some lag. In addition, some advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may limit small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of idea organization. It allows me to brainstorm, plan, and track projects visually in one place.
Great
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to explain to first timers how to use
What do you dislike about the product?
it’s not compatible to transfer boards from other services like Mural
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling to get their views across in a collaborative and inclusive way
Collaboration, but hard to find boards
What do you like best about the product?
the possibility to collaborate in a easy way and the new AI features (really useful) . i use to use Miro in every working day for planning, design activities, roadmaps, staffing etc
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of projects and boards in the single project, it is really hard to find boards. For example for a project we have of 4 years, we have more or less 100 boards. it could be useful to have folders and sub-folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the possibility to brainstorm in a easy and quick way. (for a designer... another feedback could be to generate new modes for other kind of users, as business)
Solid, feature‑rich collaboration—could tighten the basics
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a solid, feature‑rich platform for team collaboration. Big boards stay responsive, sharing/permissions are straightforward, and the templates and integrations make it easy to move from brainstorm to sprint planning without setup overhead. It’s reliable for workshops, journey maps, and cross‑functional alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic editing UX isn’t as smooth as FigJam/Figma. Simple actions—selecting, snapping, aligning, grouping, and nudging text/shapes—can take extra clicks or feel a bit laggy. When you’re iterating quickly, those micro‑frictions add up. I’d love to see tighter selection behavior, consistent snapping, and faster text resizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives our team a single space to think, plan, and align. We use it to run workshops, map customer journeys, and organize product work without bouncing across tools. Templates and integrations help us start fast, share context, and keep stakeholders on the same page. Net result: fewer meetings, clearer decisions, and faster delivery.
I've grown to love & rely on miro
What do you like best about the product?
Panes. Especially custom sized panes. Discovering these was a game changer for me.
Originally, I thought miro was lawless, chaotic, and confusing. As soon as I discovered that I could 'carve out' a space for a specific purpose or though, and that I could use the pane navigation sidebar to easily hop from one to another... it was like falling in love.
Now, I use miro as I'm idly thinking of things. I drag links into the board, so I can keep a note of my inspirations for thoughts - rather than have that "why did I even draw that?" moment when I come back to a thought after a break.
I shared it with colleagues - they loved it so much, they created their own board and we ended up forming a team. We're hoping to upgrade soon.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to think of anything I dislike...
Most recently I was frustrated that I couldn't easily draw a timeline that was... well, a line with blobs on it, representing milestones.
I still haven't worked out how to do that in a way that looks good enough to drop into a slide.
Oh! Also, if there's a way to easily get the zoom to snap to a frame-fit that would be a-ma-zing!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systems architecture - role out project planning - goal setting - research gathering.
Very good white board!
What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool for sketches and throwing out ideas. Easy to use and has a nice range of tools.
Honestly, I do not use it every day, but it has been quite helpful and handy when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty of sharing boards with other people as guests for quick reviews or once-off collaborations.
Some tools are not too intuitive to use (e.g. moving a text in an arrow element), however, it is relatively easy to find help out there explaining how to use them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works quite well in the early stages of product design. It is a great whiteboard and mind-mapping, so I, as a Product Manager, often go there for these parts of the process.
It has been a nice tool to use collaboratively with the team as well.
When it comes to Wireframing and Prototype, I usually hand these tasks to a UI designer and she uses the tools that she prefers, so I have not used Miro for these purposes and honestly find a bit hard for detailed work - but again, this is not my main job, so it is not a problem for me.
