Great for collaborating with colleagues and also for dumping ideas into a repository
What do you like best about the product?
Working remotely and collaboratively on a whiteboard with colleagues and business partners is very easy.
Even when I am not in a workshop session I always keep a Miro window open to dump ideas that come to my mind into specific whiteboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Embedding external files into a board could be improved (graphical appearance is sometimes grainy).
Customized colors would be great in order to match the colors in imported pictures for color coding of different project sections.

If I HAD to pick something, having chat integration would be useful. But it's not essential.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely, it's allowed teams I've worked with to collaborate with visual feedback that extends beyond only looking at Jira boards or Google sheets.
We can plan sprints, ideate with moodboards and mindmaps, develop user profiles and much more.

Most versatile virtual collaboration tool I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a refreshing blend of innovation, intuition, and collaboration. The ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to engage in the details make it possible to facilitate holistic conversations and discussions both in small team and large group settings. The fact that Miro keeps adding in new cool features (I head Zoom integration is coming real soon) shows that the team listens and responds to the feedback of the community/users to continually make it better and more relevant to the changing nature of work.
The Miro community is another amazing thing that keeps me coming back. I've met top-notched facilitators, professionals and educators who are so passionate to share experiences and best-practices.

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess Miro's user experience on mobile devices might still be an area for improvement. However, I also understand how hard it is to strike a balance between complexity and simplicity, as well as platform compatibility.

Facilitating team discussions using microstructures,
Engaging with students in large group setting,

What do you like best about the product?
There are endless ways Miro can be used for personal and professional projects. Since it's like a giant blank canvas, you can organize all your thoughts on one page and zoom in to specific pieces as needed, avoiding the annoyance of having to scroll through multiple pages to find something. It's also very easy/straight forward to use and is great for real-time collaboration with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is constantly upgrading and improving it's tools and interface so there isn't much to dislike.

The kanban tool has been great for keeping track of assignments and progress made towards the end goal. The sticky notes add an additional layer allowing for notes outside the kanban.

Best Collaborative Whiteboard

Platform's flexibility, stability, and responsiveness
What do you dislike about the product?
No Marquee selection so selecting multiple objects have to be done with a Shift+Click method. Also, I'd really like a plugin with Zoom and the SAP Litmos LMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy pre-set whiteboards to provide what paper on walls gave from In-person classes for the required virtual classes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make backup copies of your boards so you can easily re-use them. Lock down background objects on the board to prevent users from accidentally moving or changing them..
