The range of methodologies for managing ideas, projects, and tracking the latter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any observations yet of anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have resolved to organize my tasks, strategies, and objectives for projects I have started with clients. The main benefits have been being able to structure each of the projects or their progress through the methodologies integrated in Miro.
A big online Whiteboard for all you and your teammates needs.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a handy tool while working with remote teammates and in the situation of working from home. It's a whiteboard with 'n' number of tools for making life easy. It has many pre-built template libraries to start your work with a single click. It's an all-in-one board with whatever stuff you are working on. Miro helps my teammates and me work and plan together on a single multi-shared whiteboard. It has many features and a robust toolbox.
Along with that, it has a library of multiple templates, which is used on the go for various project requirements. It has the feature of a timer which bound the user to follow the time & finish the reviews/action items within the timeframe. one can add cool music while performing the tasks; it's enjoyable & energetic. I like the notes menu where options like meeting notes, To-Do lists, meeting agendas are available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a dependency on the browser environment, so I mostly face issues with loading the board. It's a vast whiteboard, so sometimes, it isn't easy to locate the object or data stored on the board in the past. The toolbox for drawing the thing has enormous scope for improvement. I believe that Miro can add more drawing tools and emojis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Miro for sprint planning and story tracking. For spring review and retrospectives, this is cool to give feedback with multiple emojis. Sometimes we use it for performing fun activities virtually. It is the best tool in the Work from Home situation. Timer helps me a lot to finish my meeting in time & dedicate an ample amount of time to cover each topic. The meeting notes section can be tracked & updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most user-friendly tool. Your can use it for many applications.
Miro is great for visualizing new processes
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use. It was easy to teach myself how to use it without tutorials and very helpful for mapping out a new process I was creating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The buttons could be a bit clearer (intuitive) in terms of what they do. Sometimes drawing connecting lines wasn't as flexible as I would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used miro to map out a new customer workflow process which made it easy to visualize and implement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using it for mapping out any new processes or process improvements.
Virtual Whiteboard tool that can be used for bussines
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool to use for teams and have all ideas on the board and organize them for a good fit for everyone in the team. It is also fun to use for the team as well. Having ideas spread out for everyone to see makes group projects come to life more easily and keeps everyone focused on the matter at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to work properly when dealing with large projects lags a lot, and it's not working at full speed; this in time becomes frustrating. Sometimes there are audio issues when using screen-share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is used by our team to always have an action plan on our internal projects and always to have the next step for every decision we make. As well as to make plans for the team and a better way to make decisions for the future.
Good for team meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's best ability is to make a plan of attack and move ideas around to make everyone on the team happy. Miro has been useful during our team meetings, and we are using it almost every session so far to have every team member chip in with their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the system seems to be a bit slow, and it has some delays in response time. The interface is not very user-friendly, and we have difficulty finding the proper controls; this makes us sometimes lose precious time looking for the right ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating plans to increase close cases faster with our customers, with higher customer satisfaction. To always have a direction to go when stuck on a specific problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if the interface is not user-friendly, it is an excellent application for visual collaboration.
Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration and security features. I appreciate being able to control who can access and edit my miro boards. I use this software mainly for workflows and story mappings.
What do you dislike about the product?
How easy it is to accidentally grab items when trying to move to a different spot on the screen. Wish there was a way to easily move about the screen. Love the comment feature though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miro to create workflows and perform user story mappings with colleagues. I'm definitely more productive since the tool is easily customizable and quick to work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for collaboration!
The perfect diagraming and collaboration tool for my consulting practice
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for presenting project deliverables and gathering feedback from clients. It allows me to create elegant visual models, present them to clients, and gather feedback during or after the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature lacking is the ability to convert presentations into PowerPoint or other office formats. To achieve that, I need to take an extra step by converting to PDF and then have to use another tool to convert the PDF to PowerPoint. Also, if there was a way to integrate Miro with Zoom (or Teams) that would have been fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the shift from in-person to remote meetings nothing is more valuable than having an all-in-one diagramming, presentation and collaboration tool that could be used in the absence of boardrooms, projectors, and whiteboards. It also provides an easy way for sharing drafts of the work with the clients and getting their feedback.
Great tool to use for presentations and brainstorming!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple people collaborate on a certain project. Also, the performance is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I used this product, I was unable to find any missing features. It provides great flexibility!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Miro for Process Management, Brainstorming, as well as training people certain things by drawing diagrams.
Miro is amazing for creating quick and detailed matrixes and dashboards for planning
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can add your own pictures in the dashboards and then link them in between. So helpful with school presentations and school projects or work POCs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything, the product is in a great place and can only be improved as time goes. I would dislike it if certain helpful features would disappear in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot in planning team events, approaches for new projects or following charts on existing procedures and policies, also extremely helpful in relaying easy to read information to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to learn how to use the product, it can go a long way
Best Collaboration and Whiteboarding Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it so easy for me plan and brainstorm with my team. We are fully remote and I love how quickly we can create a new board, pick a template, and start our session. Many of us are visual learners, so it is very engaging and helps our sessions run smoothly to be able to document things visually. Right now, we mostly use Miro internally to plan and organize our business and product strategy and present to each other, but I'm also looking forward to using it more with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything at the moment. I did download the Miro app for Zoom and tested it out, but I have not used it yet. I did not see a particular value in using the app over just using Zoom and sharing my browser screen when I have Miro up. It's not that I dislike the app; I am just not sure why I would use it over the browser version of Miro, and what benefits it has. One other thing that might be nice is if the Miro dashboard could give an automatic preview of the boards. I know you can change the cover, but that requires uploading an image, which I often don't feel like doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using Miro mostly for product and business strategy and planning. I often use it to organize my thoughts and to create a better framework for a process and then share it with my team. For example, I've led a strategic planning workshop internally using the V2MOM template from the Miroverse. I've also used Miro to create Customer Journey Maps from our UX research insights. Finally, I've used Miro for fun things, like facilitating games during a virtual meeting and creating a virtual water cooler for our remote team.
