A well balanced and powerful tool with high usability
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is clean and very usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike. I think if I get nit-picky... it seems to run a little more smoothly in Chrome than Safari
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to solve working remotely with teams and achieving the same things that we used to do face to face at a physical whiteboard.
My go to online whiteboard for workshop facilitation, collaborative discovery and mapping
What do you like best about the product?
The templates available make it super easy to set up and support various workshop and collaborative/interactive team activities.
The infinite canvas: I like to use a single board for a single objective or quarter of work so all the activities are in one place.
The intuitive interface: super easy to pick up.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much.
For new users, navigation and input can be tricky so it's important to allow for a quick demo whilst screen sharing or instructions to make sure everybody can contribute effectively from the get go.
The ability to hide other cursor is also quite useful as it can make for an overwhelming screen when lots of people are contributing to the board at once.

Miro is an Excellent Collaborative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Many functions are available. Design is well-curated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing in the app feels clumsy - would like to be able to sketch more carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: My boards have recently started getting too large to load. Comments are sometimes hard to find. Comments should also stick to a frame (not just a shape) if possible. Hard to move content cleanly when reorganization is necessary.
Benefits: The design is cleaner than our other whiteboarding tools, and there are many more capabilities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the most helpful whiteboarding tool I have used.
Miro the Innovative Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like best, that Miro has a really nice UX and UI. It's very easy to learn understand and use. It's the best tool for online colaboration and for workshops.
The main benefit is, that all users can work together in the browser at the same time in one Miro document.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a little busy with a lot of participants in one Miro File.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Software for CoCreation with the client, to conduct Design Workshops and Brainstorming sessions. We have done Design Sprints with it. For that reason it's really important in times of remote work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best solution on the market for online remote workshops and design sprints.
That everyone-knows-its-great tool worth for using to archive any goal
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provided an opportunity to organize every artifact linked with product management in one workspace. Extremely suitable for creating and updating Customer Journey Map, block diagrams, chains of touching user / customer, etc. Collaborating with another team members also rocks greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked in Miro was their access removal to all but last three boards at trial. So you need to hold a hand on the pulse of boards' quantity (and all the team collaborative work) very patiently if you don't want to lose access to data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very, very, very representative ways to show to all the team how customer acts during its journey, what are our growth zones and pain moments, how to increase and how to avoid. User-friendly UX and lots of updates and improvements from Miro developers' side is always a plus too.
Miro for UX process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the choice of templates and how easy Miro made it for the users. No need reinventing the wheel. You can always adapt and add your personal touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pro version price is little high for UX Design student. Courses are expensive and licences on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to speed things up. Pro version allows to export work for presenting in various formats. Alowed colaboration.
Stores my projects on the cloud. All you need is just log in and you are good to go.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is an excellent tool and if you get stuck there are tutorials and live webinars how to use Miro and make the most out of it.
Work with your team wherever you are on Miro
What do you like best about the product?
This creative tool is not only for drawing, planning, or creating only. Instead, it allows real-time sharing, collaboration, and chatting. The most important thing is that its video calling feature significantly boosts productivity even while the team works remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is seriously limited in several areas. Examples include that exporting files is restricted to specified formats only, that capturing frames before exporting is required, and that there is currently no method to establish a translucent background in the exported files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To summarize the experience while using Miro, we are pretty satisfied. It delivers more than it should because we already enjoy its creative whiteboard that allows idea creation, mapping, strategy making in real-time working within a team from anywhere online.
Great tool for collaboration and educating
What do you like best about the product?
My first impression of Miro was like using a more flexible version of powerpoint. The initial experience inspired me to experiment and become even more familiar with my options. My graphics have never looked so pristine and orderly, and I can make them as large as I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your application, you may have to consider paying for the premium features so that you can download the entire presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my line of work, communicating research involves a clear explanation of specific obstacles and what tools the team needs to move forward. Everyone is used to presenting in powerpoint and sharing screens one by one. However, in a virtual environment, we have noticed a better mode of communication is to have everyone view the presentation under a single platform.
Closest thing to a virtual whiteboard during Covid!
What do you like best about the product?
Really good for flow charts and sticky note exercises. It's awesome being able to track another person's cursor across the board to see what they're focused on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a snappable grid to make block grids easily!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org charts, work flows, creative exercises, design comps. the team collaboration has been best this year with Miro versus other tools.
Company Admin and enjoying Miro more each day!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of editing settings across teams and boards. It allows for a controlled experience across many teams and projects while maintaining all the features and collaborative energy of good collaboration software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While managing an enterprise account, it can be hard to remember in a board where someone has updated or edited something. But this is a very typical collaboration software issue and can be solved by users using different colors and note styles to show they have edited the page. Maybe the ability to add a notes section would be great. For now, the comments function on a board works just as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company admin, I have been doing demos for Miro and creating teams for people who want them within the enterprise account. Miro makes this relatively easy and user-friendly.
