Miro great for architecture pinups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how versatile miro is and how it is very straight forward by uploading all sorts of media. It made it easier to let other people all over the world to view ur images and files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on file sizes. Sometimes if I upload a 300dpi image it fails to upload on Miro. Additionally, sometimes when you’re off the page, the things you upload sometimes don’t sync through and you have to reupload. Additionally, when uploading multiple files, the way the files spread out to the right is too much. The files should be tighter or possibly collated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a very accessible way for others to view your work and zoom in and out and leave stickies for notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure file sizes are not too big, and consider uploading jpeg instead of pdf if trying to view CAD drawings.
Excellent, reliable and intuitive software that improved our product ideation phase
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use, intuitive and allowed us to easily create roadmaps, user story maps and also brainstorming boards. The three free projects are great for early stage startups and allowed us to try out the software before we committed to it.
Also, the templates help our more junior designers, as it allow us to quickly create maps and boards without spending hours of studying or drawing.
Finally, in the enforced remote work environment we find ourselves into at this moment, Miro has been great as a communication tool for our team, removing a few constrains that come along with the distance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the boards templates examples could be better filled. It's a really great and useful tool, but at times the information it brings feels way to unpractical. Maybe you could base a few of these templates in actual tech startups projects (that I believe are the majority of your customers). Also, it would be nice to choose between a few template fills like "SaaS projects, e-commerce website" etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been great for helping us with out product ideation phase. With it, we can create map and boards easily and makes our research and ideation stage much more dynamic and quick.
Also, we love using Miro as simply a whiteboard where we can upload images of our designs and comment on them, making is our go-to tool for design collaboration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a member of a Design team, especially in an early startup stage, you MUST try Miro. It's intuitive, useful and resourceful software has infinite possibilities that will most certainly help your team in your product ideation stage.
Very engaging interactive tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone i have invited to a Miro based meeting has enjoyed the experience and found it very easy to use. The templates in particular help make it very easy to set up a board the way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom function in the web browser version always catches me, secondly accidentally moving things when you are just trying to move around the board (this is probably just my lack of familiarity with how it works)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interaction with colleagues that we would normally do on a white board or similar. The templates help to make meetings better focused and get people engaged. Many of the people I have invited to a Miro board have now created their own accounts.

Try it. It's easy to set up and most users find it simple to use and find their way around.

I haven't yet explore all of it's possibilities but All good so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is geographically distributed across Canada and having such a dynamic tool really helped bringing us all together through effective meetings, workshops and retros.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of how the whole options and variations fit in all together and the best part is the collaboration that you can do. Along with it is the comments and notes and the integration with other apps that can be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike but if there would been a way to show the flow in a graphic way that would be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to prep my VCA process flow which is very helpful as we imitate what the actual bot would look like. Which Miro indeed serves the purpose and goes above and beyond

Go for it . I recommended a lot of my team peers to use it already

Consume too much battery on phone. Limited board to work.

Mind mapping is easier than ever before! I'd like to call it mind mapping with gratitude.

Multi-Peer Collaboration is the main highlight! Used it in different Design Sprints, Brainstorm Sessions, User Journey Mapping!

What do you dislike about the product?
Audio-Video communication needs a bit of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO is helping us a lot to replicate virtually brainstorms, story mapping, and many more visual collaborative sessions in this Covid context. While not quite exactly the same as an in-person session, it's the closest we could get!!
It's the most adaptable white boarding tool with an easy user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily collaborative tool among different demographic.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's performance is too good even if more than 50 people are working on it at the same time.
