Klear provides really great insight, very useful for tracking influencers and to connect with them
What do you like best about the product?
Quick overview about campaigns, posts and most relevant info
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly the system, it is very slow to load, often crashes and doesn't work. You need to re-do often the operation. There's no quick way to add new users to a campaign, or to manage users & campaigns easily, it's very manual oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is solving the branding image, but I believe they should work on the system and provide better integrations.
Some tools are very nice, but some dont work very well. Youtube analytics need some improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Viewing profiles on the analytic site is pretty nice, the possibility of also doing campaings is a nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the Youtube analytics dont work. If you try to add Youtube to the profile of a influencer, most of the times it doesn't find the Youtube channel at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear helps with identifying influencers and their demographics. Also the search tool is a great tool to find influencers.
I love using Klear to scout influencers to collaborate with and monitor mentions of our brand on IG.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor Instagram activity. Look up influencers and understand their true reach and engagement - this has been a game changer for us because we've found followers do not equate to reach and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to ask influencers to connect their account to Klear so we can track their stories for them. The fact that Klear is suited to Instagram mostly and not TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to understand an influencer's true potential by having engagement and true reach metrics to refer to instead of just following which is no longer a good indicator of how strong an influencer's performance will be.

What I like about klear the most is the tracking by hashtags.

What I dislike about klear is that sometimes when I pull reports, the numbers change!

Klear is solving the changing data issue and that will benefit me by making my reports more accurate!

That the campaigns articulate EMV to provide ROI results.

That you have to invite influencers to the platform in order to track metrics.

Klears helps us better define quality influencers and targets partners for campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I work heavily with influencers - sourcing, communicating, contracting, etc. This platform makes all of those tasks so much easier. I love the features that allow the campaign metrics to be shared.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Klear does have some issues with pulling correct metrics in some cases. I most often see this with smaller influencers, but if this feature could be refined, that would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is helping us solve the issue with streamlining the influencer marketing process. We are able to source, communicate, contract, and pull metrics all in the same platform.
Simple, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and breaks down stats in a simple manner, i.e. engagement rate, audience demographics, type of content etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not 100% accurate. Often it will list an influencer's location and followers incorrectly, so it is always worth cross-referencing with the actual IG account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a lot of the guesswork out of vetting influencers and makes the research so much easier. We can find the right people to work with in less time!

I like how well organized the campaigns are, super easy to keep track and monitor influencers for multiple campaigns. I also enjoy the analytics features when searching for new influencers to make sure we are targeting the correct demographics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to use when working with smaller influencers, often hard to find and link their accounts.

Helps us to be able to find specific types of influencers in certain markets, can be difficult to search and find them just on social media platforms. Helps us see where the followers are located which is a huge factor for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to track and monitor the activity from influencers. It's so much easier to track on Klear than trying to do it in your own spreadsheet manually.
It's easy for influencers to join the program, which is a great for onboarding new people who aren't part of the system yet.
I have found it very useful for honing in on the right influencers who match well with the products and services my company offers. That was one of the hardest parts as a company with a small social media presence. We couldn't easily find the best people to work with in our market. Klear makes that very simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more influencers on the platform, and that their contact info was more readily available. Other than that we've been pleased with the service.

Klear is helping solve the problem of finding the right people to work with. It's also solving the problem of keeping track of the results of campaigns on social media. Everything is in one place, with the analytics right there to tell you whether or not the campaign is meeting your expectations.
Klear in daily life
What do you like best about the product?
Know the engagement rates of influencers, have data on their community, and also find influencers using keywords. I list all my influencers using tags and it makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find influencers I like in the search, I would like to be able to do more precise searches. Also, the platform is not ideal when looking for influencers on TikTok. Often, data is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear really saves me time for my influencer searches, everything is listed on one platform, I just have to find the gem for my campaign. The platform also allows me to create my databases.
