Great tool for tracking influencer activity!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to track and monitor the activity from influencers. It's so much easier to track on Klear than trying to do it in your own spreadsheet manually.
It's easy for influencers to join the program, which is a great for onboarding new people who aren't part of the system yet.
I have found it very useful for honing in on the right influencers who match well with the products and services my company offers. That was one of the hardest parts as a company with a small social media presence. We couldn't easily find the best people to work with in our market. Klear makes that very simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more influencers on the platform, and that their contact info was more readily available. Other than that we've been pleased with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is helping solve the problem of finding the right people to work with. It's also solving the problem of keeping track of the results of campaigns on social media. Everything is in one place, with the analytics right there to tell you whether or not the campaign is meeting your expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
Know the engagement rates of influencers, have data on their community, and also find influencers using keywords. I list all my influencers using tags and it makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find influencers I like in the search, I would like to be able to do more precise searches. Also, the platform is not ideal when looking for influencers on TikTok. Often, data is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear really saves me time for my influencer searches, everything is listed on one platform, I just have to find the gem for my campaign. The platform also allows me to create my databases.

Easy-to-understand interface that lets you navigate through the various functions without being skilled

Sometimes a bit slow with loading profiles when searching

Great program for looking up influencers and keeping track of your collab.
What do you like best about the product?
I can look up influencers all over the world in the needed category. I also like that it has such a great statistics overview and it gives up monthly summaries. I also love how helpful the staff is and that I always get the needed answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have something I dislike. The first time you're using Klear, it might not seem the easiest program so it might be confusing at first, but if you take some time and browse around and ask questions, you'll find it pretty easy and useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is helping us to find the best people in our field to collab with, giving us statistics about them and their accounts. With the best people, I mean the ones who suit our brand the best way - we can see who their followers are and what are the most liked posts among the fans. This saves us a lot of time doing the research ourselves. Without Klear, we'd have to look everything up manually, which would be pretty hard. Right now, we need a couple of minutes to get the best overview of the influencers.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting for campaigns looks fantastic and is functional for clients. It allows me to stay on top of influencers' status on campaigns, and presents their results in a user-friendly format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish addresses and other contact info could be exported in a report, and I could search for geo location of my influencers within a campaign. Our influencers still really struggle with communicating within Klear messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating review offers and managing reporting on the campaigns using technology for efficiency, little manual intervention needed.

Measurement and search tools make Klear really easy to use and showcase ROI to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if client facing dashboards could be customized to remove Klear's logo. Also, the ability to search by ethnicity would be a great feature/tool for those of us that handle multicultural marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The discovery and tracking tools are easy to use, time-saving, and allow me to save time on reporting, while knowing relevant analytics and metrics are being tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to upload stories in batches of files and wish that Klear could track when influencers tag a photo with a brand.

User-friendly and easy to navigate interface.

The search is a little finicky if I adjust the location or keywords, it doesn't always refresh correctly or at all.

It makes researching influencers SO much faster and more effective so I can focus more of my time and energy on activating and managing the campaign rather than the research.

Great platform for Influencer campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy platform which has allowed me to track my client's campaigns and receive the stats that have lead our clients to keep the brands happy with our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to be able to find smaller creators and specifically toy creators in order for us to be able to reach a wider audience. Also providing us with the influencers contact details would be great
