The fact that I can follow the increase or decrease of abonnee for my social account.

Instagram followers are no longer updated

It is very important to define the scope of use and choose your key word wisely
A powerful crawling tool with a great expert request interface but a lack of semantic analysis

The request interface, the amount of data, the ability to cross datasets with variables, most used terms

The precision in sources, Meltwater allows you to add numerous queries and easily monitor your e-reputation. It is a tool that is easy to handle and allows for autonomous management.

Dashboards still a bit too fixed on the tool

Monitoring our client's e-reputation. This allows us to gather all the queries that mention our company in order to respond to them as quickly as possible.

Very useful tool for bringing up tweet comments related to an issue and extracting insights from them.

The tedious side of creating a query, why not provide query packs based on themes?
