What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. It's features are truly unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is too high. It is not affordable for a beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Digital Marketer and I am immensely benefiting from this awesome application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No doubt it is an awesome product. But also try other products which cost less as compared to meltwater. Also suggest me that product.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Meltwater is how customer service oriented the team is. We work closely with the New York office and they helped us address all concerns. They are always available when we need assistance with setting up a campaign (which is rare because the platform is so intuitive) and answer our questions within the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is there is no feature to search for top journalists who write about a certain category (i.e. finance or personal care) along with your keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to minimize the number of platforms we are subscribed to because Meltwater covers it all – everything from reporting to finding new media contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do an in-person meeting with your account representatives for an introduction! They have great employees and their top priority is setting you up for success with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is good for coverage tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Results are not refined enough, and often coverage is included like syndications, search pages, non-english sites, junk sites and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a somewhat useful coverage tracking tool, but I find that tools like Google Alerts and Talkwalker's are more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service that Meltwater has. I also like that the platform is updated, user friendly, and appealing to look at. That's important to me when it's something I use on a daily basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that someones it doesn't pick up on media mentions. They're very helpful when I come across the mention myself and they add it to their database, but I've found even then it will still miss mentions from the same publication down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with Atlanta area journalists and get the word out there about upcoming events, menu changes or anything we're doing.

What do you like best about the product?
The vast array of graphs and widgets you can build based on search terms is great. Client support is amazing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes creating good search terms is a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media impressions and monitoring is essential for our analytics reports and Meltwarwr provides those.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider bundling TVEyes into Meltwater as part of contract.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature with Sysomos was that you could search historically on their platform. So if you missed something or wanted to look at a piece of social history you could. If you were switching from one company to another you wouldn't have to worry about loosing access to valuable information that you had collected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sysomos had so many features in their publishing tool that it takes a beginner many months before they were up and running smoothly. You want someone who is highly skilled using the product. Also, You can't schedule a post to Instagram you have to physically do it.---Instagram issue rather than Sysomos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listening to predict outcomes of things, from elections, to award shows to sports games. Recommend Sysomos for any of these features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Listen to what Sysomos has to offer and bring your use cases to them. Generally speaking most of the people we talked to understood our client's use case. I would likely utilize Sysomos again if a a client were looking for social media monitoring suite of offerings.

We use Sysomos to complete social listening projects on behalf of our clients. This tool provides in-depth insights that are hard to find anywhere else.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for social and web searches of your brand mentioned online. The dashboards give good information on the performance of your brand online.
What do you dislike about the product?
No exportable dashboards into PDF, only to Excel. Not as quick for reporting
