Intuitive Platform for Social Insights

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple platform and the user experience of Meltwater. It has very clear graphs and is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think understanding whether positive and negative sentiments are from genuine profiles or AI generated content could be improved. It would be helpful to know what part of the narrative online comes from real profiles versus AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for social listening and sentiment analysis, which helps me understand conversations about my brand online and the narrative around it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the incorporation of Mira in Meltwater. It's really useful because it's easy to get quick insights and a good pulse check without spending a lot of time digging for reports. This is especially helpful when I need to look into something more granular that a manual dig would make difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI/UX for volume tabs a bit difficult to navigate, as it's harder to scroll through mentions. I also think the mentions on the left side of the screen are kind of small and could be made bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for social listening, figuring out mention spikes, understanding consumer sentiment, and competitive research. Mira makes it easy when short on time or needing detailed insights with quick insights and a good pulse check.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the data sourcing and in-platform capabilities and services of Meltwater. It's more expansive and reliable than competitor platforms, making it stand out for my needs. They frequently update the platform, which makes analysis and insights easier to obtain from the interface. Additionally, I appreciate Meltwater's better export ability compared to Brandwatch, which adds to its utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they limit access to sources and I don’t like that data exports truncate things like long form articles or posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for social intelligence reporting and reliable data sourcing, which aids in client analyses. Its expansive platform and frequent updates enhance analysis and insights, outpacing competitors.

Effortless PR Management with Meltwater

What do you like best about the product?
I really find Meltwater very easy to use and it does exactly what I expect it to without any hidden issues. It took our manual processes and made them easier, especially with its news distribution feature that allows sharing with all contacts from one creation. The newsletter feature is great for sharing mentions with executive levels in a really easy way. Starting from nothing, Meltwater proved to be something amazing that instantly improved workflows and processes. Their setup was very easy, and the team was super helpful to get it working just right for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
More social mentions from other platforms would be nice, but since this isn't my main social listening tool, it's not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater made our manual PR process easier and shows us our mentions. It manages PR lists, distribution, and newsletter reporting effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive media monitoring that it provides from new outlets we would not normally be able to access outside The Bahamas. I also like how supportive my rep is and how they encourage me to fully utilize the features that are relevant to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about Meltwater. I am still learning the Platform, but so far it has been a great investment. I will definitely be using more features since attending the Summit and having the opportunity to have hands-on support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is pulling sentiments and tracking media mentions outside The Bahamas which is something my team would not have been able to accomplish. We are also able to use it's reports and the data it collates to influence strategy and eliminate the manual creation of reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the media relations feature of Meltwater, which I use most often. It helps me identify outlets or journalists already relevant and synchronize outreach. I can find the right person, craft media pitches, and send everything from one place. The ease of setup has been great, and the Meltwater team is hands-on and willing to guide us through the platform. They ensure we understand everything, and the community support is very helpful. It's a great open forum to ask questions or find solutions, especially if someone else has encountered the same issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at times when I know we have had an interview or a story that has run-in a publication, sometimes we have not been able to locate the article when I do a search for it. This has happened a few times, and I'm trying to understand why that happens. It’s important to capture all media, including stories in smaller markets, to ensure coverage is picked up no matter the market size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for vetting influencers, showing campaign success, and identifying media outlets covering us. It helps me synchronize outreach, craft pitches, and reach out to journalists efficiently all from one platform.
