The site is easily accessible, has a variety of activities, and you can find efficient, real metrics that have helped me as a basis or analysis for communication strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater as a key digital intelligence and social listening tool. I like that it allows us to go beyond visible content and understand the real context in which brands live—what is said, who says it, how it is said, and what impact it has on public conversation. I really appreciate that we can monitor real-time conversations. I also enjoy the planning part and reputation management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we have a specific number of brands and we cannot make changes to the contract if we need more or less licenses. To be more flexible with the number of licenses. If we lose a client, we would love to stop using a license. If we gain a client, we want to add a license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater lets us understand brand context beyond visible content, monitoring real-time conversations and aiding in planning and reputation management.

I like that Meltwater provides you with an analysis of what is happening on social media and gives you a real insight. Monitoring media and social networks allows you to turn scattered information into strategic value, providing efficient support for decision-making. I believe that the most valuable attributes are the data analysis and the excellent customer service they have, making the tool truly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps in an operational manner, the number of users assigned to you or the generation of reports. The plans have conditions and these, a number of users, and one always wants more. The generation of reports is a service that should be included in the package and not as an additional service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater to understand the dialogues on social networks. Provide a real analysis of the environment, systematizing scattered information for strategic decisions.

The detailed analysis of Social Listening is essential to understand how a brand or topic is perceived on social media. With MW, this objective is more than achieved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The history is limited; for example, it is not possible to search for information about the 2022 World Cup. Another issue: the reclassification of the sentiment of the posts is not very user-friendly.

I like the comprehensiveness of the Meltwater platform and the ability to create customized reports with significant quality of the data provided. I also find the initial setup very easy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater to monitor and analyze posts and mentions of PUCMM and other universities. It helps me detect communication crisis situations in time and create customized reports with quality data to understand the reach of campaigns and manage crises.
Optimize Search and Analysis of Influencers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Meltwater gives me many options to search for profiles that are already categorized. Additionally, it provides me with information about the performance generated by each of the profiles on their different social networks, which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I specifically use the Clear module. In this module, I think that maybe the average views are skewed by campaigns that have been boosted. So, if they could be excluded or if I could choose which videos to include in the average, it would be phenomenal. Because there are many cases where the performance of a content creator, let's say, is 100,000 and, for example, the creator always has these pieces with a constant 50,000 views. However, when they are boosted, they can go up to 3, 4, 5 million. It increases in such a way that the averages are skewed because they have been manipulated, as they have a budget to increase their views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater primarily to find and categorize content creators and influencers. It gives me many search options and obtains performance data on social media, which is essential for our campaigns focused on cost per view.

What do you like best about the product?
All the benefits obtained with this platform, how simple it can be, the support from the Chatbot and the staff in charge of the companies, as communication is always fluid.

I think it's necessary to make some important adjustments, but in the structure of the platform, to have greater reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it with corporate clients, regarding the brand and the services they provide. So any doubt that has arisen or any situation, everything has been resolved so far and we have always had the support of the relevant people. As was the case with Nancy Rivas, Francisco Romero, and Alegría.

Additionally, the personalized support is extremely valuable, as the team responds quickly and helps resolve questions efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the platform overall; the only improvement I would suggest is the ability to directly monitor social media performance in order to track how the news we publish ourselves performs across our own social channels.
