A user-friendly and comprehensive solution to manage digital data

  • April 27, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Radarly is an ergonomic and easy-to-use tool that makes possible for us to get connected in real-time to many different, heterogeneous sources. The UX is modern and intuitive. Besides, we save a lot of time thanks to the reporting feature that offer exports in Excel files.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, I didn’t understand the view showing project volumetry because I found it not really intuitive. Yet, everything became clearer thanks to the explanations of my Account Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company does linguistic analysis. Therefore, we need online data about specific topics. Through precise queries, Radarly offers a 360° view of all conversations around a specific topic.

MAKE UP FO REVER Review

  • April 26, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Back Office, the fact that we can have different régions, with tailored researches. We have detailed informations on our platforms, and contact with Linkfluence teams are very efficient. The fact that we could have.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't see influencers posts, we have to go to the Instagram account and look for the image according to the text we saw.
It doesn't gather Youtube UGCs that mention us in their description (now only in the title), which is more often the case.
No content management, no social publication available for Instagram or Youtube.
There is a looot of information, sometimes it's hard to organize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to analyse the sentiment and the top influencers posts on each platform which is really helpful for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Social Publications platform - Content Management (UGC) tool is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in order not to compete with Sprinklr that seems to be super helpful in terms of community management and content planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater's search function makes it very easy to search for news of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is searching through a lot of data, it can be a very slow platform, but I suppose that's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metlwater helps my team keep up with all the news and blog posts mentioning our customers.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Radarly is the perfect alliance between technology and human analysis. A must have for every communication Director.
What do you dislike about the product?
To my mind, Linkfluence should go further in his consultancy action towards its clients. From Insight cabinet to integrated communication agency ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Radarly gives me the ability to follow closely every sensitive issue mentioning my brand. Allowing me to be in time in responding.

A user-friendly tool that offers access to a broad array of sources

  • April 25, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are 2 main points: first I really enjoy the diversity of digital sources available in Radarly. We can get data out of almost the entire social web (blogs, forums, social media and so on). Secondly, the tool is user-friendly: Radarly is really easy to use in terms of exploring dashboards, parameterizing and building queries.
Since the digital world is in constant evolution, it’s really pleasant to use a living tool that evolves and keeps on offering new features. Besides, the customer care is qualitative and deeply appreciated. Basically, you are not alone in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the social landscape is constantly evolving, it would be great if Radarly could integrate new sources quickly (such as LinkedIn and Snapchat).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a marketing agency. Therefore, we have multiple and diverse requests from our clients in terms of social strategies. Thanks to Radarly we can monitor our client’s competitors and improve branded content. The tool is also regularly used to measure product awareness or brand recognition.

A complete Social Media Analysis tool

  • April 17, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive and user-friendly tool which affords in a lonely interface both overview, real time flow and very detailed indicators.
Customer service on social media, monitoring or specific analysis and editorial management, Radarly is a complete tool.
Timeline (the opportunity to choose a specific period of analysis) and the ability of crossing different indicators or having an highlight on a dedicated one are precious.
What do you dislike about the product?
The influenceur indicator is an interesting one (more and more useful on every social media platform and mostly for media or marketing campaigns) which nevertheless needs to be mixed with a strong knowledge of the brand's opinion leaders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Radarly for:
- Day-by-day e-reputation monitoring
- Customer’s conversations analyses
- Competitors social media presence and performance

Used this at my last job - as good as Cision, though different functionality

  • March 31, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Cision for years and then at my last job, by the time I joined as head of PR, the negotiations with Meltwater were pretty advanced and after a review of their functionality, I decided to just go with it.

And I have to say, Meltwater was as good as Cision, though obviously with slightly different functionality. My team also enjoyed using it and had great success with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I'd have was that there was no option to search by specific words in a reporter's bio. I used to search on Cision for fellow alumni - as it gives you a good starting point and some commonalities and as we know, anything helps when pitching a top publication - and there was just no way to do that on Meltwater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use database for finding the most relevant press contacts for any press outreach campaigns. Helps in putting together comprehensive media lists for pitching or in in-depth research on any reporter or publication.

Extremely disappointed with Meltwater data extraction and dashboard publication

  • March 31, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is a browser based application that I have used on several browsers including Chrome, Firefox and IE without any browser related issues. Customer support manager provided some work arounds for what are obvious failure in the user interface. Allows for Boolean search creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent operational problems. Slow. Terrible data export functions. Terrible rendering of dashboards via email. Simple tasks such as selecting a date range are counter intuitive. Simplistic analytics. Only displays a limited number of search results - you must scroll down and wait for the list to refresh before repeating again and again. Search results are limited to only what can fit on the screen. If you want to export these search result for analysis you need to scroll down and wait for the search results to be refreshed. This is extremely tedious when you have several hundred results. When you publish a dashboard the software truncates the chart title with ellipsis, effectively removing your chart title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media brand monitoring. News brand monitoring. Ad-hoc social media searches to monitor effectiveness of PR initiatives. Identify sentiment associate with primary and secondary brand terms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is extremely overpriced, unreliable (as in search engine fails), and difficult to use.

Leveraging Meltwater for Reporter Research & Outreach

  • March 30, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The natural language search feature is fantastic - extremely helpful in identifying reporters and coverage on topics pertinent to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporter/directory search function isn't entirely intuitive and requires multiple searches to identify necessary results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems: connecting with influencers that impact our clients' goals and perception.
Benefits: helps identify existing coverage and relevant reporters to inform outreach, strategy, messaging, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you're aware of your own list building and distribution needs before committing.
