Nice platform
What do you like best about the product?
The design of the platform, it allows myself to see easily what i need in terms of performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, dashboards have a limitation in terms of graphics. In addition, i often have some missing articles...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not able to count every mentions we have and do a calcul in terms of reach. So now i'm able to give some interesting resuts to my managers to explain the impact of my work and also do some benchmark with the competiton.

highly customizable, timely customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Sentiment analysis for Tagalog (the Philippine language) is not as accurate as English, which may be improved to serve better for the Filipino market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater platform can directly provide data and insight in a real-time manner. Moreover, we are utilizing the data and getting more analysis as per the leader's guidance.

The dashboards, sometimes, due to some glitch does not get updated, automatically

Understanding what users say about the brand, and capturing each and every conversations throuth out the digita web.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater does exactly I need it to do - from social listening, to media lists, to sending press releases. It's easy to use and I check the alerts every day. I also appreciate the Meltwater community and their training/certification programs. Finally, the AI assistant is a great feature, especially in helping identify journalists and brainstorming headlines/pitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitchy - I've had to clear my cache a few times to get parts of the platform to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps PR pros with social listening, building media lists, and social media and influencers. It's helping centralize our programs in one platform, and provide comprehensive reporting.

The layout can be confusing and overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Meltater are the reporting features. I get all the data at the same place, and can share it to my team! I also like getting alerts everytime our company name is mentioned on social media or press.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I wish we could also track TikTok posts for social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater saves huge amount of time! Instead of doing all the tracking manually, Meltater does it for me!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has really been focusing on brand reputation this year, and Meltwater has been such a great tool in helping us understand our brand sentiment and areas where we can improve. I love that we can see what is being said about our competitors too— it's helped us keep a pulse on things we should be talking about and where we can stand out against our competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Meltwater for social planning and scheduling, and trying to collaborate among teammembers feels a bit disorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping us understand brand sentiment and giving us an easy way to keep track of sentiment surrounding competitors.
Slightly confused with functions
What do you like best about the product?
Receiving fairly comprehensive reports of media mentions daily. I do like that support is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that news releases sent through the system are branded and let receivers know it's through Meltwater. I've also had trouble finding ways to properly analyze and show ROI because it's difficult to edit my larger lists and even find things like that on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't really solve a lot of them and I find it expensive for what i get.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the daily Meltwater alerts and ease of access when social listening. Their customer support is also top tier!

Boolean search can be difficult to master!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The abilty to socially listen across multiple social media platforms is super handy to have in one place!
Organization of a lot of information in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
I can relax because i know i got everrything in one place. Also I can read impact of things in social media
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times information is lost or I see things that are not very interesting because everything is automatic or AI. At least in my field, which is politics, there are things that I would like to see in a different way.
Also, since the platform is so big and has so many things, it is difficult to take advantage of everything, even if I have staff that teaches me or tries to help me use the tools.

It benefits me because in one place I can follow the mentions and the times that certain people I am interested in following are mentioned.
On the other hand sometimes the platform fails and there are mentions that do not appear but it did not happen so many times.
