What do you like best about the product?
The clarity, ease of use, clear data, Mira Studio and the amazing staff at Meltwater who are superior in response time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be intimidating at first but it's easy to adapt to with just a few hours of working in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benchmarking reports both for our company alone and against our competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater for social monitoring and reporting, which gives me deep insights into how our brand is performing across social channels. I find it valuable that I can easily track topics of interest and transform that data into automated digest emails and reports to share with company leadership. I really like the Boolean search feature because it allows me to easily refine my searches, pulling data from exactly where I want for the specific time period and keywords I care about. Additionally, I use the Slack integration to get real-time social alerts, which is a great addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels a little dated in Meltwater, but that's a minor issue considering how much value it provides otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater provides deep insights into brand performance across social channels, tracks topics of interest, and transforms data into reports for leadership. It allows refined searches with boolean search, enabling data retrieval by specific time periods and keywords, and integrates with Slack for real-time social alerts.

Granular Artist & Influencer Insights That Drive Informed Sales Decisions

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to have the flexibility and capability to look at in-depth topics around specific artists and influencers for our company. Being able to see really granular details regarding mention volume, sentiment, share of voice in regards to source has been really helpful in allowing us to make informed sales decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a little difficult at times to navigate between things like Analyze/Explore/Explore+ and all of the different capabilities within each. I'd love to have a one stop shop that I'm able to add everything that I need versus skipping around the platform a bunch just because sometimes we're answering quick one off questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping us identify audience engagement, overall conversation, etc. Social listening is super helpful for us!

There are so many different ways to look at the data and splice and dice it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some components that are missing that would make looking at data a little better.

Social listening for artists within Sony Music - helping give us looks into what people are saying about artists online around an album campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater daily at my PR agency to track coverage, create reports, gather insights, and do audits for my clients. Meltwater is our go-to for reporting and makes it easier for our team to collect data and insights all in one platform. I love the visual reports and charts because they allow us to provide color to our reports and presentations. My favorite aspects include Mira, the AI features which help in developing effective booleans, the visual reports and charts, the AI insights, as well as the organization and tagging abilities like saving searches and filters. These features allow me to provide strong insights and data to my clients. The organization is also very helpful to keep everything in its proper place, especially considering the changing client set and one-off projects and cross-team collaboration. The initial setup of Meltwater was very easy, and the user interface is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to sort through and find the most impactful coverage can be a challenge especially for brands with a high output of media. The AI insights can be helpful but I wish they could be more detailed and reference specific articles/sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater daily for tracking coverage, creating reports, gathering insights, and conducting audits. It simplifies reporting and insights gathering on one platform, and the visuals enhance our presentations. The AI and organizational features help provide strong insights and efficiently track key data for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of tools within one ecosystem: you can monitor in real time, pull insights, reach out to press, build reporting, etc. without ever leaving the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exports to csv, wish it was google suite integrated. Also connections to social platforms aren't ideal: it's great pulling in reddit, YouTube, and X but Instagram and Facebook connections aren't as strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us real time insights into what's being said about our brands as an agency. Can look up branded keywords and general conversations to get in early or provide holistic overviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform houses so much data, some data that you may not even be thinking about. I love how easy it is to put the data into different types of reports/dashboards that you can then easily share with team members, managers or leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I find is some API restrictions with social media platforms, which is not really their fault, haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
learning where we perform the best and where we need to pull back or share a little extra love.

The team is always great for trainings, lots of amazing new features coming out, always reinventing

Can be time consuming to toggle back and forth from all the different tabs, especially MIRA to explore, etc. .

Allowing us to have direct access to our own data without relying on a third party agency
