What do you like best about the product?
Klear is very good to find Influencers as it gives very good filters, Also if you are the influencer, brands are easily able to find you right from the platform. It provides amazing insights which are crucial for decision making
What do you dislike about the product?
The Payment Option is frustrating to setup as they use tilpalt, You have to enter a lot of sensitive bank information though its very safe just time consuming

What do you like best about the product?
Running social media accounts across multiple platforms can be tricky. Meltwater helps to simplify that process. Although our organization uses Meltwater for both Media Reporting and social media, I find some of my favorite features lie within the Engage platform.

Additionally, Meltwater's trainings, webinars, and knowledge base are top notch. Even when the problem cannot be directly resolved, our account manager and success rep help navigate the issue and provide the closest solution possible! I've also used the chat feature on the website, which has been super helpful with answering quick-hit questions I might have on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to do within this platform, and it can get overwhelming. Some of the publishing capabilities through Engage could use improvement, including ability to select thumbnails (both sizes) for Instagram Reels and caption files for accessibility purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater gives a clear picture of how our social media and media relations efforts are performing. This snapshot helps our department stay aligned with our departmental goals and informed on the best practices across our marketing strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has thorough customer support and a powerful set of features. When we have come across issues, with some guidance our support staff has helped set up our features to be extremely useful and minimize
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be extremely confusing and not intuitive in places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater lets us control a lot of our social media in one place and helps us make connections with journalists that we wouldn't otherwise be abe to access. It also helps us track the sentiment and language used in relevant conversations to use and places it into our inbox without us needing to spend manual time searching and reviewing.

Great tools and responsive service

What do you like best about the product?
I love how responsive their team is to helping you achieve your goals with their program. They are helpful in teaching us best practices when using their system and are very responsive to questions and inquiries. Additionally, their system is constantly improving and getting new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tool is only useful if the person using it is knowledgeable about how to use it. So, the things I dislike are the parts that I need more training to fully utilize. The only other parts is that sometimes with new updates older features get moved and it can be harder to locate them (i.e. content streams used to be available as a widget in reports and now it is only available through reports automatically made from a search).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater saves us so much time by allowing us to get all the articles, posts and bradcasts published about our clients in an easy dashboard rather than us having to search through many sites for any relavent news. It also allows us to see how our pitches were recieved by our media targets.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is easy to use and navigate. Customer service has been excellent. Any times we have concerns or run across issues, our Meltwater reps have been quick to respond and resolve any challenges, help to guide us on how to access the information we are seeking or assist by providing us with the articles, news sources we are not being able to find on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a limited budget however it would be nice to have ability to include more licences and greater access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has been extremely helpful in providing us with an easy to use platform to monitor our media coverage and give us good insights into reach and value of our media exposure. It has allowed us to easily benchmark performance and see how well our media outreach efforts are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to go in and make edits to a search. The daily digest every morning is super helpful, and I love being able to log in and make adjustments or add filters to a given search. I use it every single day. And when we're in need of assistance, Katrina is always so ready and available to put together all the missing pieces for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's fairly user-friendly, it can be a bit clunky and lag a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping us track people and orgs spreding disinformation across the state of Montana.

What do you like best about the product?
(To finish off my thought above)...Do I want to spend lots of my work day monitoring opposition statements online? Not really. But am I glad I have the foremost tools to do it? You betcha.
The Reports with all the analytics we can use = Badass. Also, customer assistance (through our account rep) is pretty top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nailing down the Boolean search to produce the best search for our needs and then narrowing with filters and such can be annoying for (un-tech) guys like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to observe/research what lots of people are saying in a succinct place. Otherwise that work would be scattershot or done with a jazillion Google alerts

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater saves me hours and ensures I'm catching everything I need to lay eyes on.

Nothing -- My challenges were overcome with the help of Meltwater's attentive and fun support team who are passionate about making Meltwater work for us!

There is a lot out there and it would be easy to miss key content. It also saves me hours!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intiutive Meltwater is. I also really enjoy the many features that deliver info right to my inbox . Dani Calhoon is also always amazing and respons so quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't have time to use it more! I also wish reports were eaier to share in a visual manner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me real time access to how the brand is being perceieved without haveing to ask an agency partner.
