What do you like best about the product?
It helps us understand how our brand is performing on social media and the perception of our audience. It is easy to use, user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like all my team to have access and to be used as a tool of desition making in all our campaings

It is helping us understand our audience better, how they talk about our brand the main issues they have and how we can play a better role in their lives.

What do you like best about the product?
Their social listening tool is great and easy to use! It makes it easy to stay on top of online conversations with alerts and daily email reports in your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community management tools and features need improvement, but they do the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has helped us stay on top of online conversations taking place in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a tool that allows me to monitor the spread of a topic on social media quickly and intuitively, making my daily work easier. The implementation and training of new users are also straightforward, thanks to the well-designed interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater could provide the possibility to classify data based on the source's relevance: sometimes, the result from a personal blog has the same prominence as that from a nationally recognized newspaper

What do you like best about the product?
Their real-time pickups of our key words, all the metrics that are made available to us thru the platform, and their tech support.
What do you dislike about the product?
the inaccurate pickups though I know that it's really challenging

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use boolean searching to get as precise as possible, especially when coupled with the option to filter out certain kinds of hits (e.g. financial/market reports).
What do you dislike about the product?
I often had to add media hits for my clients despite the publication being tracked my Meltwater and the article not being behind a paywall. Additionally, a significant amount of the time, publications in the database did not have reach information or that information was incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater makes it easier to find contacts for journalists and gives a decent macro-level picture of trends which saves me time and energy from doing it by hand using internet searches.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the social media engage platform and the news items that get sent to us each morning. That really makes them stand out above other programs
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is not always there and the system can be a bit buggy to use. They are often so focused on growing the platform and its offerings and ensuring customers get paid more than bettering what is already in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offer a social media management which most do not which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager, Meltwater has been nothing but helpful for me. The tools Meltwater provides help me schedule out content by client much easier and Meltwater finds all my clients analytics and insights in a few clicks. Overrall, my job has been made easier thanks to Meltwater.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Meltwater is the push notifications to my phone through the app. I am not notified when it is time to post or when a post fails and haven't been able to resolve the issue through the team for 11 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is pulling in data that is more time consuming to find by hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Their innovative features, easy-to-use tools, and how their support team implements suggestions you give them to their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. Compared to the competitors I've used in the past, they have everything you need in one platform. Sometimes their database may not be correct for media contacts, but it is the best I have seen on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring our brand and our industry's media coverage across the web and social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater gives me the visibility I need to make data-driven decisions while also providing that foundation to get in touch with journalists and begin establishing those relationships. There training and certifications are also a 10/10 and the knowledge can be transferred to other tools I use. However, if I still don't know how to do something, the meltwater support or my account manager is one click away. Because of this I use this tool every day and the teams integration is an added bonus when collaborating with other members in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the journalist database isn't up to date, but they've gotten a lot better at updating it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is giving us competitive intel and is also keeping us up to date with industry news which assist our team to be able to react to the media in a timely manner
