Nothing for now, because i dont use the app neither the web.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing about this tool is that it helped me detect and interpret the content of the messages that the main social actors as well as the general public generated on social networks and on the news pages, about the electoral process and, above all, of those events that could transgress the norms and laws established in a democratic election process and that could lead to possible electoral fraud. Meltwater also helped detect accounts and profiles of dubious origin that served to defame and discredit the results of the elections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that due to the nature of the monitoring project that I carry out, I have not found anything that is unhelpful. The limitation would be the temporality of 15 months to be able to track messages from years ago. especially if one wants to do a comparative analysis by years.
On the other hand, I suggest that you can work and improve on topics such as including the language of accent marks, the letter "ñ" and other signs that are commonly used in the Spanish language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an external consultant in anthropological research, Meltwater can be useful for me to carry out online research, specifically in the field of Netnography (online ethnography) as well as monitoring social networks and news pages. It also helped me in the analysis of data and qualitative information and in the interpretation of feelings and emotions that the social actors of interest to the project expressed on different social networks.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer service (our account executive deserves 11 out of 10!)
Learning curve is fast, in a few days we were using the platform with a few doubts
Interesting tool if you don't need to analyze or drill down to understand better and detect insights
What do you dislike about the product?
AI capabilities are at best, questionables. No matter how many times you change the sentiment of a content, it will never learn.
Platform shows specific words as important (in spanish) when they definitely aren't (we have other platforms to compare and work better).
During sales speech we were told that "all the data from Instagram is collected" and we realized after paying that only posts (and not comments) are shown in queries. There is a workaround but it is impossible with the amounts of data we manage.
Sentiment of the content is defined by the content, but sentiment in a wordcloud originated by that same content, is defined by the word itself (you can't change it). So if someone says "Esto no es bueno", you could see a negative sentiment in the content but a positive one in the cloud ("bueno"). We need to download the content, process it and upload it in another plataform (which was not the idea when we payed for Meltwater).
But the most important thing of all: We will never forget when somebody from Engineering after hearing our disappointment said "We have 30,000 clients, most of them satisfied with Meltwater, if you are not one of them, you can always not renew after your contract expires".

We can understand in a glimpse if some topics are interesting or not for the audience

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly platform that enables the extraction and analysis of valuable data for our brand strategies. Its ability to provide historical data and wide-reaching capabilities is fantastic.
The customer service team in LATAM is wonderful, and that makes the tool quite accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be ideal if they opened up the possibility of API integration to connect with external dashboards and automation models. Additionally, it's important to integrate more data from other social media platforms beyond X to provide greater context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it is a fundamental tool for understanding the context of the brands we work with and the environment in which they operate by being able to listen to conversations related to them. This has allowed us to strengthen our brand communication strategies and provide our clients with valuable data to make business decisions based on the current context of their audiences.

The facility of the tool for the searches, usability and personalization. high avalability for the use.

Some news has not identify in the tool, making that the confiability goes down frecuenntly.

Than allows to monitor the brands of the company and the risk associate to the bad use.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to try several listening tools, there's no one with the reliability of Meltwater. Besides the amount of platforms available in a search and also the possibility of use a boolean search and the friendly interface, makes it very trustworthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now I haven't a bad experience with it. Besides some minor issues that the customer support helped to solve almost inmediately, there's nothing wrong after a few months of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main need is to have a complete understanding of the client reputation, so Meltwater becames very useful to be aware of the mentions in several channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The daily news report, which is the main tool that we use in our company to be up-to-date of the latest news concerning our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the courses, communications and releases are made for people of north america. For instance Social Media Holiday Calendar, which I saw and think its an excellent work, but it would also be nice to have that content on spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Meltwater helps me to avoid having to check every digital newspaper on a daily basis.
