A great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation for my work with influencers.
What do you dislike about the product?
response times in customer service are high.

What do you like best about the product?
The searches are accurate and I appreciate being able to click through directly to print and online coverage on the outlet's website. I also appreciate that article syndication is organized all together, with the ability to expand or hide the duplicates when monitoring. Our team also really appreciates the insight reports and in past roles I have benefitted from the newsletter feature, which was helpful and I appreciated being able to create a custom template and brand it for our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater impression numbers are different than MRP numbers, which can be hard if you have switched systems or are working at companies or on clients (for agencies) that have historically used MRP as a baseline.
The dashboards are great but it would be nice to see more innovation with them to help showcase our results in new and creative ways.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing and finding media coverage, providing impressions and information about tone and other qualifiers where possible.
Helping provide monthly insight reports, including identifying share of voice and competitor news.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Intuitive menus. Good training modules and quick answers from the helpDesk team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be good to have a capability to drive Paid Campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are a small company, it allows us to work in an easy way to drive and publish our social media.
I love the look and feel of Meltwater. I often run into issues with paywalls and few journalists.

I love the tracking functions in Meltwater to tag and organize news as well as the alerts when we're mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more journalists specific to our organization's focus and more access behind paywalls of major industry publications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater gives us the space to organize news and media clips as they come in. It is wildly helpful to know I can log on and tag news and run analytics on specific tags. It helps us keep track and monitor our progress as a PR team.
Easy to use influencer tool
What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing content and managing campaigns is simple. Its easy to create custom campaigns for each influencer. Love the platform and how you can share and select creators with various stakeholders.
The customer support team is readily available for any problems that the team may have and schedule monthly touchbases to stay ahead of problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Keyword searching could be better or easier. When searching for niche creators, it often fails to deliver a decent sized list of people, even without any filters selected.
It also took us longer than expected to get into the Tiplati system because of the way our organization is structured.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear allows us to find and pay influencers for their content. Having an outside company manage payments was essential to our program. Klear and Tipalti allows for quick payments in a variety of methods without having to collect any W9's, banking information or distibute 1099's.

Ability to identify influencers that would best perform in client campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of search query options; being able to narrow down on occupation, alumni would be most useful for our agencies needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop to onboard Influencers in our marketing programs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is the ability to monitor and create reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is cumbersome to navigate. You constantly have to read help articles to figure out how to create dashboards or reporting. And our account seemingly has issues every step of the way trying to create them. Or things the rep went over with us during the initial calls is not included in our contract. And now every time we have a question, we are reminded it's not in our contract and they send a copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far they have not helped us solve any problems more than Sprout Social has.
My go-to influencer marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Klear is very easy to navigate, its user friendly. Thats what I liked best because in my work, I cant afford to lose time and I need a tool that can provide me the things I need to accomplish. Fortunately, KLEAR does that. I also liked that they ask for this kind of reviews, it means they want to do better.

I noticed not all potential influencers could not be found in KLEAR because I also do native searching.

It helps me in my project campaign goals and it makes my work easier
