Streamlined Influencer Sourcing, Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I like Meltwater because it makes it easy to search for influencers and view their metrics all in one place. This feature simplifies connecting with influencers, especially across local and smaller markets. I also found the initial setup to be easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Harder to find people in small markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for sourcing local influencers across our franchise, making it easier to connect with them in local and smaller markets. It centralizes search and metrics, streamlining our influencer collaborations.

Unmatched Mentions and Promising Dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of mentions that come through are unmatched. I also love the direction that they’re going in with the dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The “glitches” and malfunctions. There are often times when buttons, pages or modules just stop working. As someone who’s team is in there 8 hours a day, it really impedes our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage mentions and alert our clients all in one place.

Powerful Tools and Personalized Support for Real-Time Leadership Insights

What do you like best about the product?
All of the tools and the monthly one on one personalized support from my Rep. It also feels great to be able to give insights and data to leadership in real time. I feel more prepared in my role, ready to better support the brand and able to personalize content to our current followers as well as attract new followers and stay on top of trends. It's also easy to use, in my first year in my role I went from learning the platform to it being the sharpest and most universally used tool in my tool box, building entire campaigns around the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside yet, when I do find things that I wish the platform had or a gap I tell our rep and she's always great about taking our feedback to heart and sharing it back to the team at Meltwater. I do wish you had the option to tag content posted through platforms organically, after the fact, I would also love to be able to execute stories and see "best times" for stories on Meltwater as well as Pinterest feedback. There are still some features, like social commerce that are only possible through the respective platforms social apps or sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media monitoring, personalizing social, setting benchmarks and honing in on the most quality and valuable kpis.

Boolean is not great and sometimes feels clunky!

What do you like best about the product?
Product innovation — the tool has evolved so much year over year because the product is guided by power users. Unlike competitors who, in my experience, have been stubborn and slow to innovate, Meltwater is focusing on what matters most. Every month I see new innovations come to life, and it’s rewarding to see my recommendations taken seriously and prove valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any product, there are a few areas where I still prefer what competitors offer. There’s room to grow in data visualization and in how smoothly the platform works end to end. That said, I’m confident these aspects will improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater to create excellent marketing strategies, supported by strong insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater's tools and capabilities, combined with the human support, allow our small comms team to punch above our weight class. The insights and media monitoring are robust and the tool is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater offers a lot of different add-ons, and at times it can be challenging to figure out which ones we actually need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater for social listening, social media and community management, influencer management, brand health reporting, and sentiment monitoring. It's been great to have one centralized platform to manage all these areas, which really streamlines the management tasks for me. The searches and settings across various aspects of Meltwater help me work more efficiently, especially in social media where it reduces the manual labor related to sentiment tracking, tagging, and reporting with the help of the Mira AI agent. I find everything super easy to manage as it all works together to provide the necessary insights. I value the Explore function and the social media management tools the most. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the product support team and onboarding team, who made everything seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings could be easier to apply across the platform like sentiment monitoring, brand filters, etc. which would further remove the need to manually apply this everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater centralizes my marketing tasks, streamlining management and reducing manual labor in social media. It enhances social listening, influencer management, and reporting, which boosts my efficiency. Meltwater has also given us insight to make data-driven decisions that we wouldn't have been able to do without the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater for social listening for my brand, and I find the user-friendly interface really beneficial. It makes building reports and executive summaries very easy. The initial setup of Meltwater was also simple and streamlined, which was a nice plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sentiment is not always accurate. The tool can't always identify what's positive, negative or neutral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for tracking general organic sentiment, conversation volume, and share of voice, which makes building reports and executive summaries very easy.
