What do you like best about the product?
They focus on the context vs the product functionality. The true value of the product and how other clients are thinking about the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personal thing is that there is not a coat check to leave my bag. The session are insightful but would like to see more opportunity for questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into our partners or third parties negative news alert that will have a reputational impact on our company.
Good Features, But Needs Some Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like Meltwater for tracking our reach, mentions, and Share of Voice (SOV). It's great for competitor analysis and the visual analysis feature is useful. I appreciate that Meltwater includes features like Mira and has capabilities to see our reach and mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
could be quicker to load dashboards and have a favorites bar for quick access to the most used dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for tracking, SOV, and reach. It helps with competitor analysis and provides visual analysis.
Easy to Love, But Klear Influencer Search Needs More Results
What do you like best about the product?
Visual search is useful for social specific teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Amount of outputs. Specifically on Klear, influencer search doesn’t bring up much.

So many features - so much to explore
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of which Meltwater is able to pull data for my team to use to our advantage saves us a lot of time. Using Klear for influencer identification has been extremely valuable for us as we build creator campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like without proper brand-provided onboarding, it's hard to get a deep understanding of how to best leverage the different layers of data and use cases for Meltwater. I often feel like I am always discovering new features - often by accident.

Influencer identification
Easy, Intuitive Meltwater with Great Mira AI and Flexible Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive Meltwater is. The Mira AI feature is great. I also like the many types of report widgets and how they're grouped by function, and that there's a search bar so I can easily find my favorite metrics and learn about new ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I like Mira AI, it's sometimes glitchy and slow. That's probably the price of cutting edge technology, but I wish the experience was more consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to monitor media and identifying new media/influencer targets.
Meltwater Replaces Multiple Tools with Easy Dashboards and Visualizations
What do you like best about the product?
It's a tool that can pretty much do everything. In the past, I've had to have 3 or 4 different tools to do what Meltwater can do all at once. Mira is an incredible asset and team mate. Being able to turn explore searches into dashboards and different visualizations is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do sometimes struggle how to easily get data off Meltwater and into email or word formats. A lot of the formatting or hyperlinks/citations often look very wonky. I often find that I can describe the MW data, but I struggle to easily get it in an email without having to massage the whole format. Also, it would be good to have predictions of where the news cycle is headed. I've had other tools that do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is important to be able to identify news cycles and narratives impacting our brand and track how they are evolving over time.
Meltwater Makes Topic Research Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Meltwater is the ease of using the platform, and being able to use the platform to the best of my ability when researching the different topics we as an organization are constantly producing

There aren't many dislikes to using Meltwater

Solving the ease of chasing the analytics. It's helping solve our social media management tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the training and dedicated support offered by the Meltwater team. They're committed to helping our team, there's never a delay in response, and they assist in building out dashboards and troubleshooting challenges. Meltwater helps save our team's time by automating tasks, monitoring and reporting; it provides insights beyond just metrics and assists us in growing our influencer programs. I also find it valuable for managing crisis communications. The initial setup was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only criticism I have is that the platforms are so rich in features and there are constant upgrades that it's hard to keep up!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-read dashboard in Meltwater and how everything is condensed into a user-friendly experience. I also find it helpful in keeping up with the number of hits and the customer sentiment around my company’s name. The initial setup was easy, with an invitation link that allowed me to access the platform without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use the GenAI product within the app.

I use Meltwater for social listening, allowing me to track what people and AI say about my brand. Its easy-to-read dashboard and user-friendly experience help me monitor hits and customer sentiment efficiently.
Incredibly Helpful Meltwater Team That Keeps Us Efficient and Strategic
What do you like best about the product?
The Meltwater team is incredibly helpful. They’re always looking for new ways to support our Communications team and help us stay as efficient and strategic as possible in our day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit tricky at first, but once you get more comfortable with it, it’s great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps my team with media monitoring. We no longer need to rely n inefficient Google searches. The team helped us create custom searches that arrive as a digest in my inbox every morning. It saves me so much time.
