Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the software is seamless and easy to use. The meltwater team is always accessible and helps to quickly take care of any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the software they used for capturing video clips. The new software doesn’t directly take you to the part of the broadcast that mentions your company,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to track our media mentions and categorize them.

I love how easy it is to use, and everyone at the company is very helpful when we need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike. I think maybe the searches could be slightly better. LIke out own social media keeps being pulled in.

Its solviing us manually managing all of our social platforms.
Great way to understand how your organization is represented in the news.
What do you like best about the product?
I do like the morning digests that come into my morning email everyday. It allows me to quickly scan what our partner team is either quoted in or if our work is being mentioned in the news.
Also working with your team is easy and they are a big help in understanding how to work with the analytics of the website.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that the major news networks do not appear on the digest newsletter. Usually, it is a smaller news organization that has the article. Also, the digest will not show a quote from a partner until a full day after it has been posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of me monitoring our partner team and organization being monitored in the news. Allows me a much easier way to see how we are being represented in the news. It saves me time every day than manually searching their names.
Very Helpful PR Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater makes finding media outlets and contacts covering the issues you care about very easy. The platform consistently stays updated, so I always have confidence the contact info is correct. I also use it to send and organize press releases frequently, and the functionality makes this very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find a lot of value in the platform, the price is quite high. $10,000 a year is a tough pill to swallow, especially for a small nonprofit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is making the creation of media lists and media outreach very easy. The search tools work very well and the information is always updated, plus the media recommendations and press release builder are very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been a fantastic partner for our CNSI team. They're there every step of the way, making sure that we are knowledgeable about what Meltwater can do for us. So many features to work on social media, newsletters and media relations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish for media relations searches we could add more journalists in a search.

Meltwater helps us listen on social platforms and interface with media outlets and journalists to share our content.
Media Monitoring in Higher Education
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service aspect is much stronger than other media monitoring services I have used. I like how there are multiple ways to get help with any aspect of the program including reaching out to a representative, question forums, and mcommunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporter search feature could be refined. Also, I wish we could compare multiple years of share of voice in a single graph instead of having to create a new graph for each year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, Meltwater is helping us monitor our media coverage across the university and our athletics.
Excellent platform for search new business
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Meltwater are the different options they offer for accessing analytical data on companies, businesses, or organizations. Additionally, it's interesting to be able to select and segment searches and customize criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about the platform is that, at times, analysis progress can be affected if an error occurs and the search wasn't manually saved periodically. There should be an auto-save option that can be enabled or disabled at will.

It has helped us simplify the analysis and consulting work we do for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the analytics they handle, as well as the simple way of delimiting the searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to monitor facebook pages without having to register them. Something like with X
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it took me to monitor media and X has been reduced considerably. In addition to the analytics that generate relevant data.
It's a good service but it lacks precision and variety of influencers, at least, in Colombia.
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Meltwater is the influencer insights and demographic's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downsides about Meltwater is the accuracy regarding the demographics of the influencers. Sometimes I know for a fact that the demographics of the influencers audience is not what Klear is showing, which makes me doubt about the credibility of the other influencer insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bigger problem Meltwater is helping me to solve is the demographic and insight information about the influencer and its audience.
