Simplifies Social Media Posting, Promising AI Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of not having to post on different sites multiple times, thanks to Meltwater's posting features. The ability to get an overview of brand metrics and popularity is valuable to me. I'm also interested in the gen AI features as they look promising. We chose Meltwater over Hootsuite because it offers a broader reach and more capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having some trouble with getting posts to run after review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater lets me post content without having to do it multiple times on different sites and provides a nice overview of brand metrics and popularity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Meltwater is to use and how it advances our brand. It simplifies my job as a marketer and saves me so much time having everything in one place. The initial setup was super easy; it was handled for us completely.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater for media monitoring and our influencer program, and it really saves time by compiling data and reports all in one place. It allows us to stay on top of our brand sentiment, voice, and benchmarking against competitors. I find the ease of use fantastic and the availability for support from the team is great. I also love the Meltwater Summit; my team always looks forward to attending it to gain insights on the latest updates and trends to improve our communications and our use of Meltwater tools and other AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work on internal comms, and there are currently no known features that could help me in that realm of my work. Content support for internal comms, making sure data is completely internal and not shared to web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater saves time by compiling data and reports in one place, helps us stay on top of brand sentiment, voice, and benchmark against competitors.

The food at lunch was pretty bland. I appreciated the availability of refreshments throughout the venue, though.

Great Insights for Press Release Reach, Opens, and Clicks

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to provide insights to our team about the reach of certain press releases, click rates, open rates, etc. We primarily use it to send media event advisories and press releases, but have also utilized reach insights and search features when looking for coverage from a specific news outlet that was at an event we held.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue we are facing right now is figuring out how to insert photos into releases and have them placed right and look right the first time, especially when trying to add more than one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach journalists and assisting us with earned media attention. We love being able to create lists specific to our needs and reach journalists in a regional/statewide capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Mira AI tool in Meltwater that helps us consolidate the most important data and insights for clients. It's useful for finding the relevant influencers we need to meet our campaign objectives and goals while staying within the industry and creating impactful content. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the onboarding sessions helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sort aspect of the sourcing process for influencers isn’t the best. When we would sort for a particular influencer tier (like nano) it would pull in influencers from other tiers (like mid or higher)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for sourcing and vetting influencers, finding relevant ones to meet campaign goals. The Mira AI tool helps consolidate important data and insights, aiding in impactful content creation.

Robust Insights Library That Makes Reporting Effortless, but Steep Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent and robust library of information from connected publications to journalist profiles. I am able to find and create reports with ease to help prove our impact and reach as an organization. It makes my job 10 times easier!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding and implementation is very complex. It's difficult to onboard new employees and has a semi-steep learning curve to get real results. Obviously, you can use basic features easier but it takes time to learn and get comfortable enough to utilize the more detailed features and actually get value comparable to price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily send media outreach to tailored lists and quickly report on annual impressions across major publications with a regional and/or national presence.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI integration that helps me to write all of my social media captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's lack of integration with Instagram, including reels due to video sizing. And also the tagging element is faulty.

It helps me schedule out my social media content as well as aggregate information.

Common dashboard and metrics to use across all brands. Ad hoc and in-depth reporting that historically depended on agencies to do.
