What do you like best about the product?
we see trying to utilize AI in KTern, but still need to look for more from the latest and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
there are so many restriction and not user friendly

User Friendly Project Management tool with amazing UX
What do you like best about the product?
KTern allows tracking of individual L5 GSI, Training plan, UAT plan, Configuration Tracker etc along with L5 Master Project Plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document repository does not allow creation of subfolders like Onedrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to track project without resorting to multiple excel sheets. Document repository also can be saved under one place in KTern.
KTERN is an evolving tool and is good for Project management

KTERN as a tool has best of features like Program status report , which has realtime charts and dashboards

Its overdue tasks is evolving and is in progress

Reporting & Signoffs becomes easy in Ktern. Also it can be customized as per the project needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps manage projects easily and effectively. Team members find it simple to understand and update their tasks. Project Documentation are well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features that may not be necessary for all types of projects, but these options are still available and controlled by Admin. Some customizations for users can be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ktern helps me manage project schedules, risk management, milestone tracking, and organize and oversee project documentation.
Ktern as a project tracking tool is good
What do you like best about the product?
In Ktern we do have a way of high level tracking as part of portfolio which gives the data required. It is also help ful for Sign-off tracking. Ktern provides a simple flow for raising tickets as well as updating it. The support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, The system is able to fit all our needs and requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the needs are met for now.

Dashboards and the structure Ktern has enabled.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to update the data in the Server but this issue is minimized by the Ktern Development team to a large extent.

KTern is benefitting me in Projects & Program Management both in terms of day to day delivery and governance.

What do you like best about the product?
Kter.AI helps project managers to track their work in the form of WBS. There are plenty of sections like sign offs, control centre, clone and create which makes tracking and getting approval from customers an easy task. Ktern is easy to use and updating the project plan can be done easily and quickly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not call it dislike but an additional feature can be like drag and drop which saves time and effort for the managers.

Ktern helps streamline project workflows and automates sign off processes, reducing the manual tasks and improving team collaboration. This saves time and ensures project milestone are met efficiently, enhancing overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
its an easy tool for UAT , there are many sort options
What do you dislike about the product?
Repetation is there, my opinion there should be auto update from dashboard to issue log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetation , under dashbaord we have to mention the issue then issue log has to repeate the same.

Simple and easily understandable options, allows more custom fields based on project needs, can view a perfect statistics which gives current status of project and many more.

Need some additional options in filters.
