One Stop solution for S/4HANA Transformation programs
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and efficient way to manage large scale transformation programs meticulously. The insights it brings on to the table helped facilitate our transformation in a smooth manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much I could think of, it really had end to end functionality to drive S/4 transformation right from assessment, test scenarios, release impact, process modeller etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unclear on the impact of custom codes we developed in the legacy ECC system when we transform to S/4HANA. KTERN.AI really helped us to declutter the unnecessary custom codes and helped us to focus on the really impacted custom codes. It also helped us to adopt a clean core strategy in place.

What do you like best about the product?
KTern allows tracking of individual L5 GSI, Training plan, UAT plan, Configuration Tracker etc along with L5 Master Project Plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document repository does not allow creation of subfolders like Onedrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to track project without resorting to multiple excel sheets. Document repository also can be saved under one place in KTern.

KTERN as a tool has best of features like Program status report , which has realtime charts and dashboards

Its overdue tasks is evolving and is in progress

Reporting & Signoffs becomes easy in Ktern. Also it can be customized as per the project needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps manage projects easily and effectively. Team members find it simple to understand and update their tasks. Project Documentation are well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features that may not be necessary for all types of projects, but these options are still available and controlled by Admin. Some customizations for users can be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ktern helps me manage project schedules, risk management, milestone tracking, and organize and oversee project documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
In Ktern we do have a way of high level tracking as part of portfolio which gives the data required. It is also help ful for Sign-off tracking. Ktern provides a simple flow for raising tickets as well as updating it. The support is good.

Nothing so far, The system is able to fit all our needs and requirements.

All the needs are met for now.

It takes time to update the data in the Server but this issue is minimized by the Ktern Development team to a large extent.

KTern is benefitting me in Projects & Program Management both in terms of day to day delivery and governance.
