User Friendly
Saves a lot of time for customers in the Digital Transformation of SAP S/4HANA from ECC using KTern functionalities.
Having inbuilt analytics to monitor and analyze efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing was found at his stage
Need to improvise on easily reachable to customers by providing a lot more demos, case studies etc

It is Digital Transformation tool that helps in Testing, Migration, Conversion, Project Management, adopting Industry standards recommended business process by SAP to customers

Excellent experience while using Ktern for Project Management activities
What do you like best about the product?
Project Planning and Scheduling, Track project activities in a dashboard, Signoff features from users to avoid manual signoff in paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autosave while doing the planning activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking is made easy for all stakeholders and it is very useful to govern the project with respective leads in terms of planning milestones.

Day wise project planning, easy to change the content like excel, dashboards, filters, one place for entire project information, kebs-ktern integration for timehseet

Very slow , utilization % should be calculated based on the present project phase,

I need not prepare project status reports on daily basis, Ican create a user and give access to track the project status , approvals, sign off module

- User stories and overview is too much handwork

While formatting every activity for Ktern, we ourselves have a clear visibility of every activity that is to be covered , rather than while doing it manually, there is a possibility of missing out crucial task which might pose a threat in future for completion of project

What do you like best about the product?
I like how KTern is a complete platform for SAP-based Digital transformation rather than simply another project management tool in the crowd. KTern has something to offer to every stakeholder role involved across wide spectrum of SAP project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor bugs that sporadically surface. The User Experience could use some polishing up. Updates to the application's user guide should occur more frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Based on who they have been assigned to, Tasks, Test Cases, and Backlogs are simpler to generate and track using Digital Projects. In addition, the KTern Workbook allows the project manager more control over maintaining and changing the project process rather than keeping the entire project plan in an excel sheet.

The Digital Maps assessment that Ktern does has very understandable insights. Would recommend going ahead with this before your transformation.

Flexibility, in which we can make changes after user testing
Kern has more potential and can be integrated into other systems, bringing more reminders for the project activity in teams or email .. or pop-up windows.. making it more enjoyable rather than just a task and completion status

User friendly User Experience, Holistic view of the items for quicker decision making thereby improving operational efficiency

Nothing comes in my mind except the fact that it is more SAP products-specific tool which I hope will become a technology agnostic product soon

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to list down the enhancement and developments done in the ECC system.We have used Ktern for a couple of assessment projects in USA and it is a very good tool and faster in getting the desired results
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too logical and comes to a quick conclusion. For example, in one of the assessemnt it indicated that ML Actual Costing is active by checking the main table instaed of going into multiple tables. Of course this has been corrected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The beautiful report it gives saves a lot of our time so that we can concentrate more time in resolving the anticipated issue in migrating to S4HANA
