What do you like best about the product?
The developer experience is just out of this world. If you're developing with Next.js, it almost becomes the must-use platform. Customer Support is very technical and I would 100% recommend, and it is super easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing starts making it way more expensive then AWS. Especially when they start billing per seat, it balloons really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing code and not dealing with hosting / DevOps

Best for hosting

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about vercel is that you can host your own website for free. All you need to do is push the code to github and go to vercel and build it for first and voila website is created
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot use your own domain name. It has a fixed format which is 'your-repo-name.vercel.app.
Since it's free, this feature might not be available.
So no problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting is primary issue it solved the problem as it's free to host. The best thing was you don't have to build again and again if you push code to github multiple times. Thanks to CD/CN pipeline, it will automatically build

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Never ran into any issues. Very cheap (until you're big).

I suppose prices can get pretty high when you have a lot of users.

Easier hosting and integration. We get to ignore these parts completely, and focus on what matters.

I love the variety of services it brings, to have a very broad and effective development ecosystem.
you can use to build your web, package, deploy, server less functions, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
prices for some services can go up quite a bit once you consume the free tier, many marketing and deployment services are charged separately and it can be confusing to calculate vercel's total prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
many times devops processes can be tedious, repetitive and time consuming. vercel really simplifies that with CI/CD solutions that make you focus more on building a solution than configuring it for production.

What do you like best about the product?
What I've grown to love about Vercel is the growing list of services integrated within the platform. If you need to develop a static site into a full-fledged dynamic app requiring a database or incorporating other web services or serverless functions. In that case, it's easy to do so. Essentially Vercel allows me to start with an idea at near zero cost and scale if/when I need to easier than any other platform I've used. While I hadn't needed support yet for many issues, when I did request help, they were fast and friendly. Vercel, in my opinion, is a rock solid platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything I would change at Vercel. At one time, I believe the platform focused on react apps, specifically Next.js, but I've seen Vue, svelte, python, elixir and now AI apps all being deployed on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vercel pulls my local changes once pushed to github and deploy to their platform which is then published on their CDN. The majority of my sites are static, and Vercel handles it all.

It's very easy to use, all that you need is GitHub account and mobile phone verification. For starting projects, there is a lot of templates ready to use or integrations on the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service is great and there is nothing bad about it. They post updates very often and there is more and more new users coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use and manage my blog posts.
