What do you like best about the product?
It has a fairly intuitive interface in terms of use, which allows me to perform a large number of activities in a very fast and easy way, the fact that it allows integrations with a large number of applications turns out to be very useful When performing data analysis, another important aspect is the fact that it allows me to collect and analyze data from multiple applications in a fairly simple, simple and fast way, which is of great help to me when I want to draw and design strategies of sales and marketing in a much simpler and more dynamic way, the customer service team provides a fairly complete and excellent service, which is especially useful when you have to ask them any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its reporting and graphing options can present some errors, however it is something that can be solved quite easily, the fact that it does not support the import of databases directly from other database management systems is also something quite negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than all, it has been helping us to collect information from my clients in a much simpler, easier and faster way so that both our sales and our marketing can be improved in a quite efficient and simple way and without presenting any type of inconvenience with its use.

What do you like best about the product?
If I do run into problems, the support team is fantastic. They've solved every problem I've had so far. Their help articles & learning center have vastly improved as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
For being so important, the data explorer tool can be explained better. Also, it is cumbersome to use multiple data sources for FB ads.

Moreover, the learning curve can be high, but once people get the hang of it, it's invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aggregates marketing data from disparate sources & that's fantastic. The benefits are that we spend a shorter time analyzing & more time "doing". Dashboards are also a huge step-up from our previous reporting protocols.

What do you like best about the product?
- An exhaustive list of data sources
- Good data manipulation tool
- Great support
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some data sources are not well integrated (had issues with Glami and 2Performant)
- Their visualization tool (data explorer) is basic. If you want good BI, you should export the data to BigQuery and, from there, to Google Data Studio.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a huge challenge to tie performance marketing costs to real sales (with return data included). Funnel is the only solution I could find that aggregates all the performance marketing channels I use.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy integration with all platforms and that you don't need to know SQL or that kind of codes to create your rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some integrations doesn't allow all the metrics or dimensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidate all our investment data in one big view and merge it with our Google Analytics numbers.
So far we have almost all of our platforms connected and we are setting up the GA conditions to get the correct numbers when we merge it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can pull in data - especially spend - metrics across multiple paid media platforms and analytics platforms all into one dashboard.

Trending is the best tool

Comparing different time periods is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connections break, but that's not funnel's fault - it's mostly the APIs from the providers.

However, I would like for the data to refresh more often if that's possible. Bing data refresh is less frequent than Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing in "real-time" where we are MTD vs Previous periods on Spend, Revenue, etc. and where we are projected to end for the period (month, quarter, year).

We often create a central dashboard to review all our clients in one go and then build client-specific dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for the price. Simple easy to understand data tables. Makes it easy to build and share reports with teams internally and with clients externally.

It can be tricky to use and the setup process is lengthy.

Cross channel reporting would be an absolute nightmare without funnel!

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel.io is a versatile and powerful program to grab all your data to make sure you can see it in one place. It has a simple interface and it's easy to use, but the best part of the software is the team behind the software. The Funnel team takes time to understand your companies' goals and how you will be using Funnel. They work with you to build out custom data sources and bring in experts to help you find answers to your technical questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Funnel doesn't have a ton of drawbacks. One minor inconvenience is the 6 hour data refresh limit. Combining metrics across data sources is also tricky, but this is challenging regardless of the software you choose to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel helped me build a Data Studio dashboard where I could see all my channels in one place, compare the success of each channel and understand what was working for my business.

Amazing tool that can do massive work

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel can do a lot for you really quickly because it has integrations with most of the platforms of the ad tech universe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings are not really all that easy to set up, specially if you are working with many accounts. Things like:
- The support can go weeks withou answering you
- You can edit exports to some extent, but it takes a little work from you if wanna see or edit the filters applied to a export.
- Its not simple to "save a query", meaning that you can get the url of that query but you dont have a environment of SQL, SQLite or LookML to save a big query to easy copy and paste across different clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm automating the reports of the agency. The benefit is reports with much more information because of how easy we access the data and productivity of the whole team that now doesnt waste time to generate the report, only analyzing it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider Funnel to your company if you are in the digital marketing market and see yourself needing faster and more complete reports. After this, you have to think about how many platforms you use. If we are talking only about, as an example, Adwords and Google Analytics, maybe you could do everything just with Google tools like Google Data Studio. If your marketing horizons are bigger than Google Stack you will probably need a platform to get you data from these extra platforms and there is when Funnel comes at hand perfectly.

Fantastic Funnel!

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel has allowed us to manage the needs of multiple clients across multiple social media platforms. The Funnel dashboards are key to our optimisation processes, as we can pull in data from ALL social sources as well as Analytics data, and compare in one place. We are yet to come across another platform that offers this, and it is very time efficient when managing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Funnel on a large scale is that the dashboards are all in one place. We have hundreds of dashboards for multiple campaigns. It would be great if dashboards were in folders, so we could have different campaign objectives in different folders or files. This would make the user experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only do we have an amazing and very dedicated account manager, the online chat response is extremely responsive. They follow up on every question and query raised by myself and my team, and ensure any problems have been solved. We also wanted to add a custom data source for a social media platform that is only used in Germany, so was an unknown to Funnel. However, the team worked with us, and the platform directly to integrate the systems.
