EASY AND PRODUCTIVE
What do you like best about the product?
ITS A GREAT TOOL TO SEE WHERE THE UNIT IS AT AT A QUICK GLANCE . WORKS GREAT TO ESTIMATE COMPLETIONS AND GET THE UNIT TO THE CLIENT . EASY TO USE AS WELL

IT COULD BE USED AS A COMMUNICATION TOOL IF THERE WAS A WAY TO LINK IT TO EMAIL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NO MORE WONDERING AT WHAT STAGE THE UNIT IS AT , WHETHER ITS WAITING FOR PARTS OR READY TO DELIVER . I DONT HAVE TO CHASE SERVICE DOWN FOR ANSWERS

The form of presentation and the speed of updating the cards

. until now, nothing. Perhaps the payment method for locations in Brazil

Organizing supplier contracting flows and activities to be performed.
Best project management tool out there.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use kanban style, editing is simple and effective, forms allow you to cross and double check information submitted. I specially like the permission functionality, since it allow different teams to access the appropriate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Saving changes can be a little complicated when you are not familiar with the "double save", so can be setting up dates. It would work best if saving would become integrating instead of having to double save as it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote project management. It makes it easy to establish an integrated source of information and processes.

Play with features, make sure to double check you info input and enjoy easy management.

there are some bugs that it is not possible to correct.

There is no problem that I'm solving with Pipefy because the only problem I had with this tool they are not able to fix it.

Dashboards are not yet running properly, and more complex to set up

Process control, organized requests. Good to small medium companies with management and control urgent needs.
Pipefy review for 1st time users
What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is an easy tool to manage your work & conversations by creating your own individual deals, which can also link to all emails you have too. The insight tools also offer great way to forecast and manage your deals and give a better understanding of your progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights tool can be quite hard to understand at first and use, but in time effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing output and key deliverables (ie number of deals, conversations with clients, proactive outreach, tracking spends and targets).

The easy and intuitive use truly help us when we wanna save time

Sometimes we need more spaces to write relevant informations

With Pipefy my Company has a type of clients catalog and we can keep all the important informations in one place
User friendly and easy to set up. Helps managing processes and keep routines organized

Kanban mode, clean UI and easy to edit and create cards

Prices are not thought for small businesses

I use pipefy to control all the processes related to new clients, such as follow-up contacts, information that should be gathered, documents and emails that must be sent.
Project Management System Keeps Marketing Agency Running Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that sold us on Pipefy versus other project management tools was the integrated e-mail function. It allows us as a marketing agency to handle almost all external client communication directly from a project "card" or request so that anyone in our team at any time can see the trail of communication between client and our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I disliked was limited phone app functionality, but they just released a new one which made great improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy has changed the game for our marketing agency. We now handle all requests for service through Pipefy. The intake form we built has allowed our agency to be more productive than ever. We can see and be notified of incoming requests in real-time. We or our clients can set deadlines for each project. The visual "Kanban" view is a game changer for me as a team leader. I can easily see where projects stand and with filters can see what each team member's workload is. The reporting tools allow us to analyze how many projects we complete each month and sort by client and other filters. This has allowed us to provide our upper management with better reporting. Since Covid-19 broke out, our team has reduced due to retirements and departures. Without Pipefy, we could not have been able to complete MORE projects with fewer staff. Pipefy has also prevents projects from falling through the cracks. I compared Pipefy to all the other major project management offerings, and it was by far the best fit.

The product is very flexible and easy to support the process automation with workflows.

I would like more templates avalible to speed up the processes automation with Pipefy.
