Integrações são sempre complexas né, fica aqui uma dica para tentar encontrar uma fórmula mágica para integrar com outras aplicações sem muito esforço para o usuário.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Estou usando a versão free, então por enquanto parametrizei apenas dois quadros onde eu faço o controle de funcionalidades e melhorias que precisamos fazer na nossa aplicação e o outro quadro estou começando a utilizar que é o CRM desenhado para o nosso negócio, ainda estamos apanhando na fase de captura de leads então não deu pra testar a aplicação como um todo.

Antes de parametrizar, faça um rascunho no papel e estudo o fluxo, e-mails necessários e interações necessárias, aí depois é só desenhar na ferramenta que vai ser um sucesso.

Pipefy is an awesome tool for process management
What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is a great management tool that helps us in business helps us to organize and execute all processes in one place. With this tool we are structuring processes and standardizing them to avoid errors, and quickly identifying bottlenecks and eliminating waste.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is excellent and we have nothing to complain about. Honestly, I don't see anything bad to say about Pipefy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool we start to perform daily processes and activities in a practical and intuitive tool, enabling and abandoning inefficient methods such as manual forms, spreadsheets and even the excess of emails.

Lo que más me agrada de pipefy es su personalización ya que cuenta con varios tipos de organización de sus tableros dependiendo del proyectos en los que estemos trabajando su interfaz de usuario es bastante limpia, y estable sus precios también son competidores ya que son más económicos de otros software en su categoría su aplicación móvil es buena ya que está muy buen diseñada y nos ayuda a estar en comunicación ya que puedo ingresar información donde sea que me encuentre y alguien en nuestra oficina puede continuar con los procesos, sin llamarme o enviarme un correo electrónico.

Para una empresa pequeña es difícil configurar automatizaciones, cargar bases de datos y cosas que necesitan algún tipo de "programación"

Very efficient work management.
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best Work Management software we have ever worked with. It is really amazing and its interface is easy to use. In it we can keep everything in one place and do not have to be between emails and spreadsheets. Plus, we easily organize and have visibility into everything that is happening in your area, such as calendars, notes, activities, filters, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could not find any negative defects in this work tool. All features work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pipefy we truly have Process and SLA improvement and gain. We easily discover and eliminate bottlenecks and understand what is hindering our goals. With this tool we have a centralized and structured collaboration.

It would be helpful to have tutorials and time tracking. Not scalable for a larger company.

The support team has always helped me right away! I'm very impressed with their service and attention. Always communicating about new features and doing webinars. You can see that this company really cares about their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you delete a field from the pipefy we lose the historical from the previous pipes. We should keep the changes just for the news pipes, but don't erase anything on the old pipes.

What I like the most about it is its customisability. It's got different kinds of organising your boards depending on the kind of projects you're working on.
