What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy prompts are so abvious; you know what is required which helps you better prepare the details you need to provide on your brief.

The steps of the process are easily tracked which holds all those responsible accountable - reminders come with prompts of what needs to be actioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
This one is hard to find at this stage because the Pipefy Team is so helpful and patient when helping you through it. They allow room for failure through practice which helps you better understand how to use Pipefy - I think this is key to ensuring their system accurately represents itself on what it can offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everybody assigned a task is accountable; bottlenecks are easy to track to address the challenges they could be facing. Clients can be part of the process; they get to see the progress of their briefs - which I believe aids the approval process from their side.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Pipefy because of how supportive the Pipefy team is. Support cannot be underestimated, it usually sets you at ease as a customer when onboarding a new system - as it can be intimidating to onboard a new system. A partner like Pipefy genuinely dedicate time and resources to support you as an organization, they go through this journey with you - and this alone really helps you learn more about it since you are calm and confident that you can actually do this.

What do you like best about the product?
The autonomy and empowerment that Pipefy provides me to create and customize my workflows any way I want
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have to set up a chain of similar conditionals, you can't just copy and paste, you have to configure each one individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Those are some of the benefits I have by using Pipefy:

- Data reliability and governance
- Routine organization
- Business intelligence
- To develop my logical and systematic reasoning
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I absolutely recomend that all users do Pipefy's Processes Modelling Certification! It's an amazing skill to have and will surely help your professional life.

What do you like best about the product?
The experience using Pipefy as an automating processes platform is extraordinary, once it is easy to manage, fast learning, and user-friendly. It's liberating to use a platform where you don't rely on third parties to operate and build your automation scenarios. In addition, the financial gain from such implementations is accurate since human resources will be redirected to more meaningful and profitable tasks for the company, adding more value to its results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the option to build an automation with two or more outputs as actions to be performed and not just an automation rule for an action performed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RPA governance, automating and managing processes to avoid human errors and to increase produtivity.

Great No-Code Process Modeling Software

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly, really easy to model simple and complex process for your company. The company releases new features at a good pace, and the support specialists are fast to answer questions and doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot make calculations (yet!) on pipefy, create portals inside portals. The e-mail tools need a little bit more features and more resources for creating e-mails templates with more design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company I use pipefy to manage the process that my ERP cannot (or it would be to expensive) to do it.
Some examples are: new quotations, good returns, HR process

Easy, Customizable, and Well Supported

What do you like best about the product?
Conditional fields enable us to develop forms for dynamic and complex processes, all while keeping the forms looking clean and straightforward.

The tool is easy to learn and use and comes with many embedded tutorials and resources to make it easy to get started.

When additional support is needed, the Pipefy staff and community are incredibly helpful and friendly.

The cost is reasonable, particularly at the enterprise level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools within Pipefy are disconnected or not seamlessly accessed from a single page. However, Pipefy regularly updates the layout and design, increasing the integration of all elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had outdated forms that were in PDF format. Most of our staff do not have a PDF editor, and so would have to print and fill in the forms before scanning and emailing them back to us. We also didn't have the steps of our process documented in detail nor accessible in a shared location.

With Pipefy, we converted our old form into a new, online, interactive one. It relies heavily on conditional fields, allowing us to capture extensive amounts of information in a single form, while still keeping the list of questions short and relevant to each user.

We also were able to add checklists in the back-end to provide step-by-step instructions for my team to complete as they process the submitted form.

Pipefy made this process better for all parties who work with the form and the data captured in it.

What do you like best about the product?
Many useful features that allow you to use the solution in all departments of the company, managing different types of processes
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to apply formulas, but Pipefy informs that they are working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am using Pipefy as CRM and Inbound Sales Solution. Furthermore, I use it to manage the onboarding of new customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After trying other similar solutions, I can affirm that Pipefy is the best among them.

Organize your processes

What do you like best about the product?
What most caught my attention are the automation. I can do a lot of repetitive things automatically. This speeds up the job a lot. I also like the e-mail templetes, I can create e-mail templetes and automatically send these e-mails to those responsible for each process. There are many amazing tools in pipefy, which help work to flow in a better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I have no serious complaints against pipefy, just a few small things that would make my job a lot easier. For example, the expiration of the cards is defined by a day on the calendar, I would like you to have an option to set a time and in working hours, but there is no such option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy helped me a lot to not only organize but to optimize all processes within my company. Using this platform, I was able to find the points where there were more failures, which processes could be taken, and which needed to be improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great platform. To better understand how it works, I recommend taking the free courses at Pipefy University, and there you will learn how to make better use of tools and automation; this will make your job much easier!

Pipefy is a Straight-Forward Tool to Improve and Implement any Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy allows anyone to easily create and manage workflows, including automation for all the essential workflow functionalities, such as autocomplete, connections, and notifications.
The user interface is clean and easy to use, the functionality logical and consistent.
With databases and pipe-connections, amazing features can be crafted for every specific workflow.
Missing functionality and integrations with other apps and software can easily be implemented on our own thanks to an amazing GraphQL API.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few missing features, such as calculated fields. Luckily, with the GraphQL API, one can augment nearly every missing element.
What cannot be augmented, unfortunately, is localization. Pipefy supports a limited number of languages and has a few longstanding issues, such as phone fields not listing the preferred prefix.
Also, for example, currency fields only support two currencies, and unfortunately, one cannot improve that one using any API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy allows me to implement workflows and automatize client interactions to let me focus on what matters. A workflow that used to be chaotic and mixed between different applications, such as Excel, where every employee could change any project's status, is now orderly and cleaned up. Less mistakes happen, the status of every project is known at all times, even if an employee would be lost.
Clients get E-Mails consistently and automatically to know the state of their projects, without the possibility for an employee to forget to send the E-Mail.
