Great experience, simple, intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, it's easy to work and it fits to any necessity. The support is great always available and I love the tutorials videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one issue: Attachements expires in 30 days, that's really bad for our business when we think about ISO audits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attachements that never expires , or if we have this option if our business needs.

Great customization levels but still have a good path to evolve

What do you like best about the product?
The levels of customization offered by Pipefy, allows us to build and revaluate our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the trainings not much structured, and still need some important funcionalities so that the level of customization become perfect, such as, a same field being able to participate in more than one phase, or the possibility of simple calculations fields, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly solving problems of information storage, and organizing processes that were before governed by e-mails and excels sheets, which don´t provide us with the controls that Pipefy's workflow do.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is really user friendly, gives the autonomy you need to build your processes, bringing transparency. But most of all, the Company is always improving the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some adjustments needed on the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turnover and missing information. Benefits of transparency and connection of the processes & teams, autonomy to customize and adapt your process. If you love excel, you'll love Pipefy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of managing multiple processes that have relationships with each other, in addition to the ease of adjustments in mid-flight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of employee vacation treatment, temporary replacement is very manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company had a great need to have a process tool that was easy to implement and flexible to the point of meeting our business processes.

Good overall system let down by poor expert advice and help

What do you like best about the product?
Decent interface which is based on Jira. Good overall resources and templates. Very easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor expert advice and chat interaction. They tell you they will look and either tell you they can't fix the issue, or they keep you hanging for days over simple processes which do not work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customer enquiries and projects. Also good for customer and employee facing portals if all the elements work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As this is not a bespoke system and uses jira, don't expect great support.

Advanced automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
The deep functionality of pipefy and customisability is something we find really usefull. as with everyone, we have such a unique process and pipefy caters to the complete customisability of it all, including notification and integration strengths across all function of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
They have some strict policies which even an enterprise account is not able to influence. they will not allow you to remove branding even at the enterprise level for automated emails, meaning some intergrations become tricky if you do not want to show their branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use pipefy for the production and management of our website building process. We have 100 users all submitting different project scopes which all go to one department who deliver the same product in the end. Its really powerful at managing multiple check points, notification and keeping everyone in line
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get to know their knowledge base. the basics are easy to setup but the implentations are limitless. paired with zapier, the paltform really is powerdful and worth investing the time and money into it.

Perfect tool for process management

What do you like best about the product?
The beauty of Pipefy is that you can create any sort of process from scratch and get to manage it from the simplest of ways. From procurement, sales, recruiting or project management, Pipefy gets the job done.
You get to attach documents, emails, set check lists and connect to other pipes, so it can make your life way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you have Zappier, it can be a hassle to make integrations with other apps. Although appis work well, you do need to be a programmer to do so. And some automations can be a little challenging as info tend to be bit hard do access at certain points of this process.

Also, the reports generated from the native Pipefy system are not the best for decision making. Using different kinds of extra tools have gotten the job done at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of creating different kind of processes and manage them in the best way possible. The tool is great and gives you an excellent picture of the flow of your process, constraints and checklist to make operational processes very easy to implement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best of Pipefy is how you can make it a process management tool to implement from scratch. It is a powerful tool for small businesses and startups. Reports is an area that needs a bit improvement as it is the support services.

Unless you are a Zippier user, putting integrations together can be a headache.

It is applicable to various types of processes in different areas of activity (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Human Resources among others)
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the fact that it took a long time to get to know this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I created my CRM within the solution, in addition to using it to manage the sending and filling of forms to my clients and internal staff

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that every information that i need is in one place and makes it very easy to locate what i have to do

Honestly, i only dislike the new layout, which has been out for a week or so. I really loved the old layout
