What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly software gets down and hard to get it recover by their tech team. Also hard to get connect with the new LSP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vin eRetail known as vincullum as well. This provides the all solution at one platform like inventory management, order processing and genrating the reports fluently.

Order management made simpler
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool would probably be the fact that multiple orders and returns can be accessed on the same page, within the same tool. There's no need of opening different orders separately or under different tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but the most annoying part of this tool is that it doesn't stay logged in for a long period of time. It auto-logs off after a particular time period, even while the page is open, and in the middle of accessing an order. Additionally, it tends to lag way too much at times. The UI could also be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It displays customer's address, order status, tracking information, return status, cancellations and holding orders and order allocations to a specific location. Along with this, every move made by a particular user/store/warehouse shows up under the Activity info, which doesn't seem very important but is an integral part.

Limited Mobile Functionality: With the increasing use of mobile devices for online shopping, users may be disappointed if an e-retail software platform doesn't offer a responsive mobile interface or a dedicated mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day Warehouse Managemnt concerns solved with considering high priority.

No any bugs or issues we found while using Vin Eretail.

Before using Vin Eretail it was very difficult to us to manage all marketplace. It was very time consuming activity.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Vin Eretail for the last 3-4 years, and we are happy with it. I don't remember a single day when vineretail is down. Any minor issues we faced have been resolved by their customer service team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier it was very time consuming activity to manage multiple channels orders and inventory. Vin Eretail helped us to manage both in smart way which improved our productivity.

It has helped us to achieve maximum productivity with a limited workforce. It enabled us to manage multiple sales channel orders and inventory more smoothly than earlier.
Inventory can be maintained in a bundled or individual manner, which is another best feature provided by Vin Eretail.

There is a limitation on bulk upload record quantity which should be removed or increased. Rest it is okay.

As I said earlier, it is not only helping us to save manpower costs but also increasing order fulfilment rate. It has enabled us to manage multiple channel orders and inventory smartly and more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
We have implemented Vin Eretail in our warehouse for barcode based inventory control. Each and every piece we scan for inward and outward process which ensure high level of accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any point to dislike Vin Eretail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to maintain high level of accuracy in putaway and picking so wrong dispatches are significantly reduced. It also ensure 99.99% inventory accuracy as manual putway and picking is totally eliminated.

It is one of the best tool to manage various marketplace orders efficiently. User don't have to visit each marketplace site for order processing, he can process all orders in same screen. As the inventory get updated automatically no need to visit each marketplace site and update inventory.

I don't have any point right now to dislike Vin Eretail.

Our productivity is increased due to one screen order processing and automatic inventory updation. Vin Eretail shows top selling sku in dashboard which helps our sales team for accurate marketing strategy and increase sales.

It is very useful tools when you have multiple marketplace.
e.g. Managing multiple marketplace orders is very difficult job because we have to login into each marketplace portal and then process orders,which is time consuming. But Vin Eretail has feature to fetch and process all those orders in one place. It has another feature of inventory synchronisation which saves time by auto updating inventory on all marketplace portals.

Our productivity has been improved after implementing Vin Eretail because all marketplace orders we able to process from one screen so no need to login into different marketplace. Secondly as inventory get updated automatically across all marketplace portals we don't have to worry about the same
