Order management made simpler
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool would probably be the fact that multiple orders and returns can be accessed on the same page, within the same tool. There's no need of opening different orders separately or under different tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but the most annoying part of this tool is that it doesn't stay logged in for a long period of time. It auto-logs off after a particular time period, even while the page is open, and in the middle of accessing an order. Additionally, it tends to lag way too much at times. The UI could also be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It displays customer's address, order status, tracking information, return status, cancellations and holding orders and order allocations to a specific location. Along with this, every move made by a particular user/store/warehouse shows up under the Activity info, which doesn't seem very important but is an integral part.

Limited Mobile Functionality: With the increasing use of mobile devices for online shopping, users may be disappointed if an e-retail software platform doesn't offer a responsive mobile interface or a dedicated mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day Warehouse Managemnt concerns solved with considering high priority.

Personal account manager to resolve all queries and easy-to-use interface.

Nothing much. Vin software is real-time updated accordingly to marketplace norms.

We have multiple stores to manage orders and control the inventory. This is where vine retail comes to picture and helped us in managing real time inventory flow and manage orders for all marketplaces under a single interface.

Data will be lost if you kept Vin Eretail idle for long time.

It is helping us to save our valuable time on order processing and inventory management. Now we are focusing on increasing our sales only instead of operations.

What do you like best about the product?
As I said above it is innovative solution which helps you to manage your multiple marketplace orders from one place. This helps you to save time as well as manpower cost.

Difficult to say because till now we didn't faced any issue with it.

We able to save lot of time on orders processing and inventory updating as both can be managed easily from one place.

Excellent Warehouse and Order Management system
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is intuitive. Customer support is excellent.

On-boarding experience could have been better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Vin eRetail for Inventory management and Order Processing. Vin eRetail has Omni channel integration and has easy integration steps in place. Our operational efficiency has become better.
Good Interface and supportive team
What do you like best about the product?
I have been closely associated with Vinculum for last 1 year and the experience has been good so far. The team is really supportive and the interface is quite freindly. Our warehouse team is using Vinculum for last 1 year now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only road block for now has been the FBA and FBF which the team is working on rigorously. So I cant say I dislike anything really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have started our D2C business here and are solely dependent on Vin Eretail for order processing so definitely it is benefitting for us.
Vin eRetail - A learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Vin eRetail Team has a quick response system, and in case of a query, the team responds and assists very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few learning curves along the way, in which case there are no proper TATs at times.

Vin eRetail is helping us process all our D2C orders end to end.
Currently, we are working on FBA integrations with the team and SAP and, FBA integration is a solution on which the Vin eRetail team is working continuously.
The team has been supportive and we are trying to find an end to end solution for this.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Vin Eretail for the last 3-4 years, and we are happy with it. I don't remember a single day when vineretail is down. Any minor issues we faced have been resolved by their customer service team.

Earlier it was very time consuming activity to manage multiple channels orders and inventory. Vin Eretail helped us to manage both in smart way which improved our productivity.
