Clear, Engaging Compliance Training That’s Easy to Complete
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is clear, engaging, and makes compliance training genuinely easy to understand and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content can feel a bit repetitive, and the user interface could be more modern and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce security and compliance risks by improving staff awareness, which saves time, lowers the chance of incidents, and gives confidence that training requirements are being met.
Consistent, Cohesive Training Modules Across Multiple Topics
What do you like best about the product?
Seemingly consistent training modules/ training themes for multiple topics. Makes it seem like the training is cohesive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some topics may be out of date, or are too short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance Plus modules covers some topics which are not covered in the standard offering. The training modules seem to be more detailed than others, and are more interactive. Users have noted them to be interactive more than the standard.
Engaging Compliance Training Library with Easy Automation and Detailed Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides a huge library of fresh compliance content, including interactive videos and real-life scenarios that actually keep employees engaged and help them remember the training. The training also does a nice job covering the key compliance areas—privacy laws like HIPPA, GDPR, and PCI—along with business ethics, anti-bribery, and conflict-of-interest topics, so nothing critical is missed. The part I like most is that the integration with KnowBe4 makes the training easy to automate, and the detailed reports give admins clear visibility into who has completed what and how engaged users really are.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 feels more focused on security awareness, and compared to some competitors, it’s a bit lighter on traditional HR compliance topics. We also noticed a few usability gaps: subtitles don’t always work properly on custom uploads, there’s limited flexibility when working with PDFs, and there isn’t much control over hiding or editing certain training pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus makes it much easier to keep employees up to date on compliance topics like privacy, ethics, and workplace behaviour. In return, we’ve seen lower compliance risk, a better understanding across teams, and less admin effort, thanks to the easy assignments and clear reporting.
Comprehensive Compliance Training Made Simple and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
A simple place with many compliance-related trainings to select from, ease of use and assigning to your team and the easy integration on your existing tool. All created and aligned with any compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Getting the best from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and sending out harassment training to the staff. Easy automation and ease of use
Great for learning and compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It assists with helping us complete questions that clients have. The training library helps us learn and become compliance so that questions clients have can get answered quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos could be in a better format and some of the restrictions to completing training could be a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance Plus is good at keeping our company compliant. It benefits me as an admin since a lot of the training is automated so I don't need to interact with users to set it up.
Realistic Training
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the training and videos are realistic and relevant to todays environment. It is easy to schedule trainings for employees and to keep track of their progress
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some automation where if a user fails training or clicks an email that shouldn't be clicked they are directed to take a short video and maybe a questionnaire and then the results are sent to an administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance plus frees up our team from actually doing the training and also lends credibility to what IT and security have been saying and preaching to employees. When an employee incorrectly clicks or sends PCI or PII through email we have the ability to quickly enroll them in the appropriate training.
Engaging Security and Compliance Training that drives Employee Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps our security and compliance training all with a single vendor. The content is more engaging than our previous vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that comes to mind about something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required to train around HIPAA, as well as other compliance topics around ethic's, bribery and harassment. This has helped us in meeting our compliance requirements and increasing our employees awareness.
Balanced Information, But Trainings Feel Oversimplified
What do you like best about the product?
I think it offers a solid balance of information that both businesses and end users need to know and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a good platform, I feel that the trainings are somewhat oversimplified and have a bubble gum quality to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT works closely with HR and although we have a Learning platform in our HR system KB4 has a better easier to use platform.
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
What do you like best about the product?
Curated Compliance module and content that is easy to use especially at an early stage where the compliance program is not mature. There are a lot of topics that are covered and the content is relevant and up to date. For an organisation like ours that has a lot of subsidiaries and compliance covers a broad set of areas, this is an ideal solution that is easy to implement and integrate with other existing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customisation in some modules is limited and at times it is difficult to follow a consistent branding. It would also help to have expanded focus on region specific and industry specific content but that is a huge task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for Data Governance and Data Privacy mostly although we are also using the platform for other areas.
Great Product, but the UI / UX has faded and continues to age.

It's really quite impressive when it comes to internal phishing campaigns as well as trainining.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of effective Entra and M365 native connectors. It always feels like I'm working on a puzzle with toothpicks. I eventually get there, but it takes far too many steps to accomplish simple tasks. Sorry, this is a
