Engaging Compliance Training with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the variety of training options KnowBe4 Compliance Plus offers. There are multiple options for everything, and it supports multiple languages, which is great for our diverse team. The content is updated frequently and seems to be very engaging for our employees. It allows us to tailor training to specific roles and experiment with different learning styles for different groups. The ability to receive user feedback is also a plus, as it helps us understand how the training is being received. The ease of setup was fantastic, taking maybe half a week to transition everything over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading your own training to KnowBe4 Compliance Plus can be challenging. The required file format can be difficult to convert to, which I feel makes the process less straightforward than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to replace outdated slideshow training with engaging videos and interactive modules. It helps tailor training to specific roles, supports multiple languages, and gathers user feedback, ensuring accessible and well-received compliance training.
Wide Variety of Topics for Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
We used this for our municipality and found a lot of use for it for our streets staff for PPE and OSHA reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't a wide enough variety of content for use to continually pay for it. It was a nice to have, but not a need to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a set of resources that are reliable and well-designed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do compliance focused training for our staff and report on completion of the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is robust, but I believe it could be more simply managed from a user perspective and the employee dashboard could be cleaner.

Compliance training requirements.
Compliance Plus has been an integral part of our compliance and cybersecurity training.
What do you like best about the product?
The vast library of courses covering every aspect of our needs. Every time I've looked for something, KnowBe4 has it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more customizable content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to consolidate our Harassment and Discrimination and Compliance training into one vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! It provides a lot of useful information as well. It's a key tool in our compliance journey!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything that I dislike about it. The only thing that would make it better is if it were free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to make sure our users are aware of PCI and how to handle potential violations. It has increased awareness greatly and lowered our liability!
Great platform for security and hipaa compliance training.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows us to easily deploy required training and ensure all employees have compelted them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there is anything I dislike, I think a way for admins to more easily reset a users password would be nice, (noone ever sees the "forgot password" button and just messages me about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Compliance Plus adds content focused on our corporate training needs and meets the needs of our government compliance programs and the expectations of our corporate clients. Our staff and consultants are familiar with and like the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any issues that we have found with Compliance Plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance Plus provides the content that is required for compliance outside of our Security Awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, dashboards, ability to upload our own content. Fresh updates to product. Support has been quick to respond

No real issues. Do wish older content is not visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supports the mission of our department but supplementing other training to ensure staff are aware and informed.
Great collection of training
What do you like best about the product?
There are tons of different video and training options around compliance with the ability to customize whatever you would like to meet your requirments. It's easy to understand and implement to your team, and offers enough variety to allow for frequent refreshes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modstore can be overwhelming at times with the amount of options and training available, so you really need to take time to review your needs and what trainings would be best for you and your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance plus is giving us an easy to use training platform to cover just about any compliance information we could think of.

Targetted training modules, target by compliance needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fullsome coverage of compliance areas sometimes. Still adequate but some more specific coverage could be useful but depends on the compliance area too.

For specific compliance needs I target users and groups that require the training.
