What do you like best about the product?
we use the API side and it gives back results in under 3 mintues
access to portal to view all the details on why an ID not be valid

What do you dislike about the product?
it does provide false/positive results or gives you two different results on the same type of ID
process is slower on the member side when its trying to validate the GOV ID - time is everything to members and waiting 3 to 5 mins is too long

takes the human errors out
quick training on results rather than training a person to understand all details of a GOV ID and the differences

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try and set up ypour system to read the results and take action through internal business rules to take the human review out and only look at the risk side of the declined ones
try and make it autmacic on the member/customer side to complete and not your staff
