Every school district should use Gaggle.
What do you like best about the product?
I can sleep at night knowing that I have a support team like Gaggle that will help my team to monitor students. This is especially true after the pandemic and student mental health issues that are on the rise
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, I have not found a downside to Gaggle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with monitoring bullying within student email, and monitoring student mental health issues such as suicide.
Awesome Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Haliwa-Saponi Tribal School is a small rural town and yet our issues are as big as a larger school system. I would 100% refer Gaggle to any entity. The service is efficient, rapid, and informative. very easy interface to use and I love that you can pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I really cant say I dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is assisting in identifying those students who are being bullied, drug use, or straying off task on unwanted websites. We can better now provide accurately targeted topics and interventions for those students who misuse the internet or reach out for help through technology.
Cyber safety is an always thing
What do you like best about the product?
With 6,000 students and 690 staff...protecting and monitoring all data, files and communications is beyond a reasonable request. Gaggle protects our O365 environment and =not nhjust email... environments like OneDrive as well. Even better is the ability to identify context to minimize false positives and obfuscation of shenanigans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside? Wish I had found it earlier in my career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A Cyber Charter School..... 100% of our daily work is remote. I do not have a firewall inside of a school building to rely upon.
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle helps me to keep track of things that I didn't know was an issue. It helps to prevent future issues by dealing with it before it blows up. Definitely helped in a few situations that was need
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to constantly recommend issues that we were finding manually. It would be helpful if they had more populated templates/pre-requites of words that it flags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying issues before they arise. Gives teachers/staff an awares of what's happening in their own classroom that they were not aware of it. The teachers loved it.
Excellent support for online safety management!
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle provides timely and relevant review of student email to support the district in identifying potential safety concerns. The multi-tiered system ranging from user vioalations to possible student situations allows for differentiated responses to notifications. Administrators are able to respond via email, text, or phone creating flexibility to emergency response when it matters most. Despite the effective use of algorithms and AI, users can rest assured that Gaggle still has human eyes on much of the most critical flagged content, ensuring timely notification of school personnel and the peace of mind that comes with having a partner within phone's reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, I felt that Gaggle's one area for growth was the availability of analytics to support quarterly or annual reports. I have seen a significant improvement in this area over the past few years. The Gaggle dashboard communicates an overview of incident data clearly and effectively, breaking down total incidents by site, source and even top 3 incidents. A possible future improvement would be adding further dashboard customization to include custom colors or drag-and-drop tiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle's ability to screen potential safety concerns based on email communication allows for administrators to take quick and informed action. This is particularly of value when it comes to potential concerns of self-harm where time is of the essence.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there is a robot review and a human reviews after is extremely important. Sometimes something can look dangerous to a robot but there is an explanation when a human reviews the alerts as well. Gaggle reviews out students emails and google drive documents. This is extremely helpful to a school trying to keep students safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there are any downsides. I cannot think of anything Gaggle needs to do to be better. They provide 24 monitoring and alter several people on our staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is monitoring student activity so we don't have to. Gaggle monitors for self harm, harm to others or teachers and harm to school in emails and google drive. Gaggle is essential in helping our school maintain the safety of our students while online.
Easy and effective to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The referral process is simple and streamlined. It is an easy way to get access to therapy that people may not have due to waitlists or full caseloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could gain access to utilization rates faster than the two week report so I know if a family had onboarded or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to serve a more significant number of people.

I feel a sense of security knowing that we are doing all we can protecting our students.

With this knowledge, you must have a team that can always respond. It is a lot on our district partners and administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We feel it is responsible to ensure that our student communications and activity are safe and constructive.
The life of a student is priceless...
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle monitors all of the content our students create and store in their system cloud accounts. There's no way we could review everything that's written and that's where Gaggle comes in. Their system monitors all of their email traffice and written works and alerts us to any threats both imminent and suspected to address. If a student is in immediate danger, we receive a phone call alerting us to the issue and they don't stop calling until they reach a live person to report the issue 24/7/365.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would work across every program students use. We're limited to only system provided email communications and their cloud accounts that are associated with that account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an eye on student safey 24/7/365. It's impossible to track all of our students and gauge their mental state at all times. With Gaggle, their system monitors conversations and creative writings and alert us when a suspected threat is percieved.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; effective training; access to data
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing; everything is working well; no downsides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of inappropriate material (like porn) so it can be addressed. Most importantly, it monitors safety issues, such as threats, bullying, suicide, threats to the school. Counselors and administrators can address these.
