Keeping Our Students Safe Online
What do you like best about the product?
It provides us with quick updates about our students' safety online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us stay on top of incidents as they occur.

What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle is extremely accurate and responsive. Real time monitoring of our student accounts has proven extremely useful. We utiliize Gaggle everyday. Gaggle has litterally saved lives in our district. Any time I call Gaggle they are able to assist and they have lived up to all expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, the only problem I have with Gaggle is that some times I have difficulty reading files via my cell phone. the file will time out before I can read the complete file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is increasing our efficiency and reducing our response to student issues.

All about making sure kids are safe. It is a good app for a school district.

Nothing. It is a good app and is easy to use.

Sometimes kids don't tell adults what is bothering them. This helps with that.

I love the ease of how I get notified and am able to assign any cases I have.

There isn't anything that I dislike about Gaggle. It is a useful tool

Getting to know the situation before and getting the right people to help

Gaggle allows us to find out potential issues with our students that we normally wouldn't find out about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there is no need for a report to be sent or the description doesn't really fit the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are letting us know about social-emotional issues and potential discipline issues that we are not aware of.
Gaggle Therapy
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle support staff is responsive to inquiries and support and is always willing to work with our district on how to best support our students. One of the biggest benefits to our students using Gaggle is that they can receive services at home thus not being pulled out of class and missing instructional time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Gaggle is that students don't have that in-person support person on site to check in with if they are having challenges throughout the day. This is not a failure on the part of Gaggle but simply the facts of utilizing virtual support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is solving the fact that we do not have counselors, social workers, or mental health providers in our small school district. Mental health resources are scarce in the county and many families work and are not able to take their child to an office for therapy during the day when offices are open.

They are very proactive and reach out quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with Gaggle. They are quick to respond when there is an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to seek out students that need additional support quickly.
Gaggle to the Rescue
What do you like best about the product?
They are timely and give quick responses when needed. They also make calls to the admin when necessary which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes gaggle catches things that are not pertinent or may catch too sensitive material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating issues with students and self-harm possibilities.
Good safety net
What do you like best about the product?
I think Gaggle is helpful in alerting us to student concerns. I have gained valuable insights into my student's lives. The new drop down menus are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many times when Gaggle alerts are triggered for things that aren't really concerning. I know it's probably not possible to monitor things in context but that would help cut down on our workload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is helping us to catch suicidal thoughts and possible threats to our school.

What I find most helpful about Gaggle is that parent information is included in the report, making it easier to contact parents if we are away from our computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike it, but I wonder if there is a way to include everything students access other than only emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is flagging emails where students are talking about self harm or violence.
