What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the name of the student(s) involved in the incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there is not enough information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure if it is helping with business problems, but it does help with student conflict or student issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The alerts are so important to our mental health team. We are identifying problems before they happen at school and protecting our students from potential harm. It is a very valuable tool. The number of features that we utilize is just right for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing into and fixing some rostering issues was cumbersome. Implmentation was a bit tricky, but overall it wasn't bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is helping us identify at risk students so that we can best support them in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
The staff at Gaggle are very helpful when a serious situaiton arises. Even on weekends, calls come through alerting admin of serious concerns. I have had several experiences where due to a Gaggle alert message students' lives were saved. Partnering with Gaggle has been crucial for our district to also stay on top of possible situations developing during the school day. I highly recommend Gaggle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls come in very early in the morning on weekends, but it's more important to save a life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is mostly helping keep our students safe.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of referring a student and the speed at which students are contacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to contact Gaggle to reinstate a student once they have been inactivated.

Gaggle is solving the problem of students having access to mental health professionals.

Quick and Easy Way to Monitor For Student On line Safety

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly Gaggle sends out notices regarding student safety concerns, and the failsafes for bigger threats/concerns. Gaggle is easy to navigate, supports safety in a variety of ways, allows mulitple member of the team to see and respond to concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I ahve found yet that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle helps to monitor for our students safety and threats when they are using online platforms through their school accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle is a very valuable tool for our school district. I do not know of a better way to effectively help monitor our student communication systems. I also like that their tech support team is reachable, friendly and do a very nice job when called upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is slow to respond to, or fails to respond to some inappropriate student communications. Occasionally, Gaggle will miss unwanted eMail solicitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle helps us identify problematic student behaviors and / or threats that we, otherwise, would not know about.

I like that it alerts us to situation we may not be aware of.

Sometimes we get alerted about nudity that is the children drawing a stick figure (middle school).

It is helping alert us of suicidal ideation and violence ideation

What do you like best about the product?
Instant notices when an alert is activated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Persistent calls/texts while I'm still logging in - need a little time to actually sit down and open it before someone starts calling/texting that I have an email to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is preventing delays when a student needs to make an outcry.
