Saves Lives!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gaggle can pick up key words in all applications including chats, documents, emails, etc. Hard to miss anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Students have figured out how to use trigger words to have a counselor get them out of class. This can be very useful, but we have some students who have used this just to get out of class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suicidal students - Gaggle has definitely saved lives in our District!!!

Gaggle is Invaluable
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle allows us to monitor the physical and mental status of our students. This platform gives us some peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Gaggle flags situations that are not a problem, but I would rather be safe than sorry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle helps us monitor messages that our students send to one another or to staff members. If there is a concerning message, email, or assignment, our school is notified.

Gaggle makes keeping track of student google docs, email communcation, and other activity in a safe, non-invading way possible
Gaggle sends me an email alert when there's a flagged situation, the labels used to describe student situations help me to know whether or not the siutation is urgent, or can be given more time to review.

Flagging concerning use of student google accounts.
Student support with timely, effective communication
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle not only effectively flags student work or correspondence that could be dangerous, it also uses various modes of communication to make sure we get the message. Depending on the severity of situations, I have gotten emails, texts, and phone calls to make sure that any student identified as being immediately at risk gets the support that he/she needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Gaggle is having many classroom assignments in which students discuss traumatic things that have happened in their lives get flagged by the system.
It is well worth the conversations had with those students to be able to get the ones who are immediately in need into the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle allows a school to have insight into student concerns prior to the concern elevating to an extreme level. We have been notified of students discussing a fight that may occur, domestic abuse happening within the home, and even a student considering suicided. Some of these concerns our staff/counselors were aware of as they were reaching out to the appropriate trusted adult, and others we were able to alert parents as school was already out of session.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not user friendly when you get a gaggle concern that you have to go into a student locker.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gaggle is monitoring our students' messages, emails, and docs so that we can keep kids safe. We have found out about so many saftey concerns because of Gaggle, and we are very greatful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we had more interaction with the people reviewing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle helps us manage safety concerns in our school and help make sure that our students feel safe. Our students are seeing that we take action when something is wrong, and it has helped us build great relationships with them.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Gaggle for a long time and it does a great job when it comes to email monitoring and student safety. The customer service is some of the best in the industry!

Nothing at this time as we are extremely satisfied.

Gaggle provides a solution to monitor students' emails, documents, and searches online to make sure that they are being smart and safe.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gaggle has real people reviewing information/content - it truly helps us on the front end. I also appreciate the communication and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls take longer to recieve and we have been confused about non-school hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us idenfity and address potential issues.
Gaggle's program is user friendly and seems to recognize serious threats.

It is user friendly and displays information needed to make an informed decision. I also like how when I resolve an incident, I can create a comment and notify others of the resolution.

It is unclear why there are two comment fields, one before and one after resolution of an incident.

Monitoring student Chromebooks for inappropriate use.
Monitoring Students to Ensure Safety
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gaggle alerts us to possible safety and social emotional concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it doesn't always filter the alerts. For example, a lot of students take creative writing at a college level and some of the topics they have to write about cause alerts. I wish there was a way for a review of the context to happen before sending an alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Possible violence/bullying, social emotional issues can be addressed immediately.
