Incredibly helpful in tracking students
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle allows us to track our students and sends an email when something is alerted that we need to know about. It helps to ensure we catch what our students are doing online.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that certain content is flagged that is not needing to be flagged. Many teacher assignments cause student work to be flagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to see what our students are doing online
Great Monitoring Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle is an incredibly effective monitoring tool. It is so helpful as an administrator to monitor student engagement in technology and know where and who to follow up with. It is easy to use and keep on top of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are flagged that aren't necessarily high priority for follow up, but it's still good to have the data!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to monitor studen engagement on technology and flag concerns.
Must Have Tool to Protect Students
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle is an amazing tool which helps scrub our students email and documents to promote a health and safe school environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its important to build and manage a clear workflow of alerts so that issues can be addressed in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle helps ensure that our students are safe browsing the internet, developing documents, and interacting with one another. It scrubs their email, documents, drive, and browsing history for key words and alerts administration when interventions may be needed.

The simplicity yet practice approch from agents. Positive communication and proactive approach.

We get calls on the weekends, but that is what I sign up for.

What do you like best about the product?
gaggle is an silent eye that is always watching areas that may be on concern. The best feature for our team is the customer service aspect where at any hour of the day, there is a safety net to reach out to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user side on an iphone is tough. An app would make the ease of use very much geared to mobile solutions.

Student writings, preventstive measures that can lend towards self harm or impairment
Great program to monitor concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are real, live people monitoring flagged communication coming in from our student's devices. They are able to then determine a real threat and notify us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are mis flagged information. At the high school level, there are several writing topics that will automatically flag concern when it is just a prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love how Gaggle is so efficient and always open to hearing concerns and commenters from their school. Most importantly, our Gaggle Customer Rep is the best (Marie) she is so friendly and works hard to make sure we have everything we need!

Although I love Gaggle, to minimize systems District are using if would be helpful to have a threat assessment case management system as apart of Gaggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaggle is supporting out student and preventing students harm to self and others. Gaggle has also save many children as it relates to Suicide and Self-Harm!

What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager is amazing. The service is rock solid and it saves lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a set and forget product. It requires investment in personnel or an adjustment in task allocation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have an efficient way to monitor student email, in order to allow students to gain valuable modern skills, while keeping them safe.
Incredible service and software
What do you like best about the product?
Gaggle has been instrumental in helping us identify students that may be suffering from some form of mental illness. The review staff have been a great asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification settings. The ability to ustalise text message over email would be highly beneficial. This would lead to faster response times for those involving violence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to identify students who have previously done under the radar regarding issues either at home or at school. And those students who need to be separated during school hours.
