What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I can come to my cordial team with ideas for new automations, blocks, anything, and they will be able to make something specific for my needs. They are ready to make their product work for our ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how often I run into problems with some of these blocks whether they not be compatible with others, with images, ect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use push and email notifications within the same customer journey. We are able to send transactional messages through cordial as well.
