What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and very understandable due to the simple and clean UI, as its procing is the best point because it is paying by active use rather than that of the registerss users. And easy for setting up the project templates users etc, and the tools are easily adaptable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When logging in for the first time it take a bit longer to open compared to other time logins, and also if we open several cases at once it starts to lag and gets slow by the time. If there was a app to do offline work that would have been great too for doing simple tasks like to add comments or create tasks or even creat requirements etc, that that would be great too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been great for the small teams and single users as the workflow enables us to start small without implementingd a full methodology.

SpiraPlan is a cutting-edge enterprise platform designed to manage strategic planning. Easy to use, easy to install.

System getting slow to respond and I found manuel testing is also slow

They have provided the advance project management features and easy to manage. it's structures in well format so easy to understand and use.

I use SpiraPlan daily to check the tasks assigned to me, resolve incidents and requirements, and then update the status to 'fixed.

Although this module is excellent, it can be difficult for new users to use.

You now have multiple features available, such as tracking your projects, managing risks, task management, and more.
