What do you like best about the product?
Its environment is friendly, intuitive, and easy to use, allowing for tracking of projects, work, or tasks, whether in a team or individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is visually fine and its navigation is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project without real control or tracking, not just with inflated data. There is also a lack of meeting deadlines and resolving tasks that become complicated or constant.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SpiraPlan allows me to manage my tasks and handle my time with greater precision. I can record all the tasks I have for a given time and measure my progress as I go. It also helps me better manage my resources and keep my projects on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SpiraPlan could be a bit more user-friendly; I would like to identify the tools faster. The initial setup was a bit complex, although my experience improved with use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, the learning curve is not complicated, the interface is intuitive, it doesn't take long to load anything, everything updates quickly, the traceability is excellent, the user support is excellent, the integration with other tools is okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with some tools doesn't work as it should or the plugins are not updated, the color contrast of the interface is a bit confusing, sometimes I get lost, especially when I was starting.

It has been helping us execute certain projects in an organized manner with a lot of traceability.
