The Best Tool for Product Management and Testing
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool I have found for both product management and testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found it quite difficult to use, but after going through a few tutorials, I became more comfortable with it. The software is definitely very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized location to store all our data and resources for product testing has been invaluable. We are currently testing an AI app designed to scan for eye diseases, which involves managing a significant amount of data, conducting various tests, and ensuring privacy functions are in place. It can be challenging to find a single platform that covers all these needs in detail, but SpiraPlan do just that.

Its swiftness, ease of integration and efficiency in the building of its plans.

the ease of usage and the incredible ability it has to coordinate work and develop an very efficient plan for companies.

I am developing a project alongside 6 other collegues and spiraplan made us a comprehensive and easy to follow plan to help us build our product without any issue or misunderstanding
Great for Team Collaboration and Automation, But Mobile App Needs Improvement

I like this platform very much. It has visually clear and good interface.
It always helps in planning work much better and also helps in tracking work and collaboration with other team members.
It has automation feature which saves a lot of time moving around.
It always provide real time upgrades with no late updates.

Sometimes the mobile version do not work as good as sit should be. It should be bore responsive and lag free. May it lacks in integration with third party apps

The Best Software for Project & Portfolio Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the hybrid development methodologies that enable you to track all the reports associated with your projects. This software has transformed the way my team can collectively manage projects. I find it intuitive and easy to use and implement throughout the wider team. We frequently use this and our clients love it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be useful to introduce a tagging system that enables you to sort through specific aspects of projects more easily

We had issues in the past with siloing and keeping on track of projects that move in between different teams. This creates a centralised platform that all teams can access which is making us more efficient

I like that it can be used for program, portfolio, and enterprise Views and risk management and it also has a QA suite with bug, issue, and task tracking.

UI can be a bit non‑intuitive and cluttered

It helps me with source Code and IDE Integration with native code difference viewing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and very understandable due to the simple and clean UI, as its procing is the best point because it is paying by active use rather than that of the registerss users. And easy for setting up the project templates users etc, and the tools are easily adaptable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When logging in for the first time it take a bit longer to open compared to other time logins, and also if we open several cases at once it starts to lag and gets slow by the time. If there was a app to do offline work that would have been great too for doing simple tasks like to add comments or create tasks or even creat requirements etc, that that would be great too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been great for the small teams and single users as the workflow enables us to start small without implementingd a full methodology.

System getting slow to respond and I found manuel testing is also slow
