What do you like best about the product?
Web Engage's customer sucess team ( customer support) plays a key role in driving your journeys and campaigns bringing in best practices and analyzing and tweaking journeys to ensure we follow all industry standards which has helped us drive incremental revenue.
Their Rnd team comes with innovatations making the tool have so many new features and functionalities that have helped us create a lot more journeys and campaigns apart from the BAU's.
Without offline and online data on web engage, now we are truly expereincing customer 360 through web engage. We have a lot of use cases that we plan to implement in the near future. The integration with various inhouse systems is surely a plus and needs to be highlighted. It is also worth noting that the implementation did not take time at all and took less than a month. Kiddos to the onboarding team for the brillant turn around time to get it up and running!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the tool is superb with a lot of features. We as a team is looking forward for the much awaited "magic box". I truly belive that this will be a revolution with so much of value addition that it will bring in! We are so much curiously waiting for this feature . This will take web engage to a different level for sure, AI/ predective analytics so much more. CEP+CDP+AI will unleash all together a new proposotion what the industry has not seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our offline and online data is now available in web engage giving us a customer 360. Now we are able to create segmentation, tarrget customers with personalized offers , review and analyze take up all in one tool. This is very important for us. This has helped us to understand our customers better which has led to an elevated customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Clean, Clear and Analyzed data. Can't thank events section enough for this that even gives timely updates if a certain number of messages were sent out or not.

2) Automations: Sending series of messages based on the actions and reactions of the customer is pretty impressive. Through this, we stay connected with the customer throughout the sales funnel, giving us an opportunity to set communication tone accordingly.

1) Product changes can be implemented

Good User Management Tools - Beyond our thinking

What do you like best about the product?
The Journey Flow is very Smooth and Easy to use on all channels; the Data Analysis part is good; Daily, we use the Dashboard, it is very easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it gets very slow, and there are some bugs in the SMS Section I have already consulted with the POC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to go to different places for different communication channels, and also the very important thing is our data is in only one place, no need to share on different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and use the webengage, I'm so impressed aboout triggers, even I suggest to other brands to use this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report part, i never get proper reports may be i didn't understand that part. But overall nice tool

What do you like best about the product?
Service, I loved the service WebEngage has given. Whenever there is any issue we can raise the ticket and share the ticket ID with our POC and they help us with faster resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we faced a few issues like the segment taking more time to brew than expected, while it got resolved soon but the RCA we got was not satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is a CDP platform for us that gives us a unified view of our users, It helps us in creating marketing journeys and one-time campaigns. Along with campaign/journey execution, web engage also helps us in analyzing the performance of campaigns or the metrics impacted due to campaigns by using cohort analysis, funnels, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a great User-friendly interface that helps to create highly personalized campaigns to engage customers in the best manner. In the past, with the help of WebEngage, we have seen a prominent growth in customer retention and satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes slow, especially during our month-end sale otherwise it is good in everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with the help of catalog, we have automated many communications which are saving time and effort also some new in-app features like 'Spin the Wheel' and 'Scratch the Card' have played a significant role in real-time engagement of users. So overall, WebEngae has solved the problem of Customer Retention & Engagement in a great manner.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is an exceptional and easy to use tool with all the important features required to engage and retain users along with its great analytical capability that truly helps to deep dive into the performance of campaigns, Thus helps in optimizing the performance and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a bit of improvement when it comes to onsite banners/pop-ups and how they align into the website. This should be imporved, rest everything seems good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is indeed a good and easy to use tool which has effectively helped us in engaging user through an omni-channel approach, helping us improve our customer retention. All this has proven to be effective in scaling up the revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Predictive Segment features is my favurite features.Predictive Segments can be incredibly powerful for improving conversion rates. They allow us to identify and target users who are more likely to convert based on their behavior and attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Current Issue:

The campaign report currently provides all data when extracting a report for the last 7 days of the push campaign. This results in an overwhelming amount of information that is not easily usable.

Required Improvement:

When extracting a report for the last 7 days of the push campaign, the system should prompt the user to specify which columns or KPIs are required. This will help in generating a more focused and relevant report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helps us target users who drop out from our flight booking page, increasing conversions and bookings.

What do you like best about the product?
Statis and Live segment creation on the fly and plug those segments into our campaigns and journeys.
Ability to use multiple channels to reach out to the user on the best-performing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more formats to be added in campaigns and plugging AI for content suggestions, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given we have different lines of businesses and product lines, our biggest goal is to educate people about different product lines as soon as they become eligible for them. WebEngage allows us to reach out to these different customer segments with these comms at the right time and channel which improves our retention rate.
