WebEngage Helped Us Reduce Drop-Offs & Drive Growth
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using WebEngage to improve our demat onboarding journey at SMC Global. The journey builder is intuitive, segmentation is strong, and support has been excellent. It helped us reduce drop-offs post-OTP and eKYC stages. Highly recommended for teams focused on automation and growth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Creating lists takes longer than expected — it could be more streamlined. Despite that, the results and support have been solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users onboarding and reducing drop offs.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed analysis of the user event where I can see every activity of the user and according to that I can create my journey to retain the customer. Also the AI powered suggestions also help a lot. Features enabled in journeys are very useful for example segregating users through UTM Source and UTM Content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data discrepancy. We are still not ready to fully shift to webengage due to this. Also there are extra clicks to run campaigns which i feel is not a good customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us understand user events in depth and features of journey are good. We can now target users on utm medium/content which we were not able to do earlier. Also data which we get on every block.

More gamification tools can be incorporated into the low subscription plan so that we can increase the website's conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to run varied campaign types under one platform, something we weren't able to do before and get deep down data on campaign performance. The event tracking is very helpful, giving us the ability to track user movement and behaviour through our website and webapps. The analytics makes it very easy to track users flows and get a handle of funnel breakage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with third party vendors, in particular, Karix.

Consolidating marketing campaigns and their performance and helps us in giving deep down analytical data on how users flow through our platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is quite user friendly in terms of anaylysis and launching any campaign. Integration process also went smooth at the very start. I have been using analytics and campaign manager quite frequently almost on daily basis. The customer support is also very propmpt and helpful. Implementing any new task like journeys has been quite smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of features like predictive behaviour and maintaning a library of templates. Sometimes while pucnhing any info, dashboard auto refresh itself which result in losing all work in progress. Should be optimized for other browsers like safari.

Its helping in reengaging with dormant users and retaining them through various channels in one go. It aslo helps to understand user behavious thus creating personalized approach to each one of them.

The visual journey builder is excellent, making it simple to map out complex user flows and automate communication across various channels. The overall collection of tools provided, such as the segmentation engine and A/B testing capabilities, are powerful and readily accessible, allowing us to execute sophisticated marketing strategies without getting bogged down in overly technical hurdles.
What do you dislike about the product?
While many aspects are easy to use, I've found the integration process can be a bit complex. Connecting WebEngage with other third-party systems sometimes requires a deeper technical understanding than I would prefer. Additionally, when it comes to personalization for one's own design, achieving highly customized layouts often requires delving into HTML. While this offers flexibility, it would be a significant improvement to have a more robust drag-and-drop form builder or template editor that allows for greater design control without needing coding knowledge. This would streamline the creation of branded and highly personalized communication assets

The best part about WebEngage is how easy it is to create complex, multi-channel customer journeys without needing any technical expertise. The interface is user-friendly, and their journey builder gives us complete flexibility to automate customer communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and more. Plus, the segmentation tools are extremely powerful, allowing us to target the right users at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, there was a bit of a learning curve when setting up complex journeys, especially with advanced triggers and conditions. However, once we got familiar with the platform and utilized their onboarding support and documentation, it became much easier. Also, some dashboard load times could be improved when handling very large datasets.

ebEngage is helping us create highly personalized and timely communication with our users across multiple channels. Earlier, managing different communication channels separately was time-consuming and inconsistent.
