Webengage has helped us creating a brand awareness amongst our buyers. Existing and new buyers. It has helped us creating retention journeys. It has helped us increase our AOV. It has also helped us in email marketing and whatsapp marketing. We have made some website personalisation on our website that have helped us increase our sales overtime. Overall, a very good tool to have for a new brand like ours.

What do you like best about the product?
Competitive package out of everything available in the market presently and CSM plays a crucial role in delivering the best results for clients. One of the best things about WebEngage is its super responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about disliking the platform. The slowness in getting new developments is the only feedback I would like to post.

WebEngage is bridging the gap between the Company and its Customers through popular features like Push & Building automated user journey's

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly. Number of features present in the platform helps in resolving numerous amount of use cases. Customer support also tries to resolve issues/query promptly. There has been a lot of improvement in the dashboard in the recent years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration is easy with WebEngage compatible platforms but when it is not, it takes time. Also, there is delayed response from technical teams when stuck in a campaign/use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is helping us focus on the consumer journey on our website and to create touchpoints to bring them back on the website. It is helping us create numerous journeys/use cases by which we can reach the customer at right time through right channel.

Traffic data is intuitive, hence it becomes easy to track if the traffic drops suddenly

What do you like best about the product?
It is mostly effortless to use for new people who just started retention marketing.

Few fearures like not being able to see Click-through revenue in the overall dashboard.

Data capturing delays sometimes occur. The server is rarely down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started as an email marketing specialist at Edvoy without any experience in WebEngage. Now, I am a growth marketer managing push notifications, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, data uploads, personalization, and lifecycle marketing communications—all thanks to WebEngage. What do you like best about the product?
As a budding marketer, i have had the opportunity to work wiht the customer retention team at my firm and web engage as a marcom tool has come been of greta help to understand the world of customer retention through content marketing

The creation of flows and journeys and being able to access dashboard to evaluate performance of campaigns has been an enriching experience for me and a greta learnign start

The frequent bugs make it difficult to retrieve drafts which can sometimes get lost
