Minimize the need for manual file creation in marketing on a daily basis.
An intuitive tool backed by amazing Customer Support!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive tool that makes life much easier in every way. Additionally, the customer support is promot and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend it to peers looking out for platforms that make using marketing chnnels such as Push Notifications, Email a strong way to connect with their audience. Kudos to the Customer Success Team in particular.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helps bridge the drop-offs in the user journey of myHQ. It is extremely helpful as it allows us to use different channels such as WhatsApp, Push and Email in the most efficient way possible. We can do cross-channel marketing and it being intuitive is one of the biggest advantages out there.

- Takes a lot of time to load sometime
- New features for communication channels does not become a part for a long time (Example: Different types of WhatsApp Templates)

Webengage is very easy to use, with all necessary features for Customer Engagement and Product Marketing. The support team is also very helpful and helps you not jyst to implement but also to brainstorm new ideas.

The 2 year long journey with webengage uptil now has been smooth and flawless

Amazing customer support, timely introduction of new features and getting ahead of its peers. it keeps on expanding number of features that it has and keeps increasing its scope.

Segment creation time can be reduced and more level of access controls can be introduced.

The Journey builder is one of my favourite part in WebEngage although they have some amazing features like Web Personalization etc Journey builder of WebEngage is the best
