Powerful Multi-Channel Platform for Personalized Journeys

What do you like best about the product?
As someone new to Webengage, I have found it to be a highly capable and useful platform. What I appreciate most is its ability to unify multiple channels, allowing for personalized journeys—this feature is what I enjoy most about using LiveLaw. Because of this, I find myself using the platform quite frequently.

Although I am not from a technical background, I have an interest in technology, and I found the interface to be user-friendly. However, there are still some technical aspects that I struggle to grasp. During those times, the POC, Vineeth, has been very helpful and provided valuable support.

Once you find your way around the software, it is very easy to implement campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would've loved to have sample case studies where can refer to for creating journeys and campaigns with webegage. there isn't much content out there to help me do this. Also, as a non-technical person, it was slightly difficult for me to integrate webengage with our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage has been instrumental in allowing us to segment our users effectively and deliver personalized experiences. As a result, we have seen a reduction in churn, an improvement in user experience, and better cost optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Customized Segments that can be created help you understand consumers on a deeper level.
2. Can be easily integrated with multiple softwares
3. Overall analytics is really good. You can make custom funnels and view DoD, MoM data very easily
4. Users and Events help you track the entire lifecycle of a customer.
5. Support team is very responsive.
6. Campaigns can be launched easily from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Reports and data is not exportable in an accessible format.
2. Debugging automated Journeys can be a headache and difficult for new users to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about WebEngage is how seamlessly it turns user data into actionable insights. Its advanced analytics and segmentation help me understand user behaviour across channels, while the intuitive interface makes it easy to test and optimize strategies. It’s a powerful tool for making informed, data-driven decisions without the usual complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that integrating WebEngage data with external tools can be a bit clunky, which makes deeper analysis harder than it should be. Also, setting up advanced event tracking often needs developer support, which slows down quick testing and iteration. A bit more flexibility would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage helps me make sense of complex user behaviour by bringing all the data together in one place. It makes it easier to see how customers interact across different channels, spot important trends, and create meaningful segments. This means I can base my research on real, up-to-date insights, which helps the team make smarter decisions and improve how we engage and retain customers.

Great tool for Marketing Automation

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using WebEngage from last six months for my organization. Its user friendly dashboard is all what i loved the most. Sending marketing communications to target audience is very easy, it offers various channels like Whatsapp, RCS, SMS, Email and WebPush Notifications. Moreover, it is very easy to create various types of Audience Segments. The most important thing is it has capability to reach unknown users via Onsite Notifications. And those users can further be used for remarketing purposes via Google and Meta Ads. I highly recommend WebEngage to Marketers who want to go with Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to approve the Whatsapp templates. I don’t know whether it is from Meta side or WebEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were various data feeds related pages on our website where displaying a lead capture form was not possible due to shared server from our developers. With the help of WebEngage, we created a Onsite Survey and implemented on those pages as a lead capture form. It makes our lead capturing job possible on our Next.js platform.

Feature-rich and reliable platform for user engagement

What do you like best about the product?
The platform brings a lot of value with its wide number of features—push notifications, emails, journeys, segmentation, everything works well together. I found the ease of use to be very good, especially once things were up and running. We use it regularly, and it’s helped us improve communication with users across different channels. The journey builder is especially well-designed and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of implementation could be better. Setting things up, especially for web, needed some back and forth. The documentation wasn’t very clear in some places, and the ease of integration depends a lot on your setup. It wasn’t super difficult, but I did expect it to be smoother. Also, customer support was helpful, but responses could have been a little quicker during the setup phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re mainly using WebEngage for marketing automation, push notifications, and customer journey analytics, and it’s been a big help. Earlier, we had to rely on separate tools or manual processes to send campaigns, track engagement, and understand user behaviour. Now, with WebEngage, we can manage everything from one place.

It’s solving the problem of scattered communication and helping us engage users in a more timely and personalised way. Whether it’s onboarding journeys, transactional nudges, or re-engagement campaigns—it’s all automated. Also, the mobile marketing part is solid, especially with push and in-app notifications. Plus, the marketing analytics help us track what’s working and what needs improvement, which has really helped us make smarter decisions.
