Webengage has pretty good user interface and the analytics interface that we get after a journey is pretty impressive

What I like the most about Webengage is that I can easily create customer journeys.Optimizing journeys in Webengage is not even very easy but also is very effective. We have increased our conversions by using Webengage up to 30%.
Webengage is a very user friendly platform that you can learn fast. I use Webenage for almost 3 hours each day.

What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage can feel complex to set up but with their customer support team and also a good tchnical team you can be sure that you will get over and the integration becomes very easy in this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webenage helps me to send better messages to our customers and to convert them better. It buys me so much time that I don't need to send SMS to our users in an old way and all of them are now automated.

some cost is higher and upfront is big downside compare to other providers and for small business its burden when high charges for starting

WebEngage has a. user-friendly interface. It is very easy to create Journey with the drag and drop Journey builder. omnichannel capabilities allow me to connect with users across email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp.
It gives Real-time insights into campaign performance and user engagement. I can create granular audience segmentation for targeted marketing.

If we can have channel wise report in more detail right away on the journey dashboard, rather going on each channel and clicking for the report.
