This tool is very powerful in campaigns as it supports variety of channels like emails, SMS, WhatsApp and others.
It has great behavioral segmentation which allows personalized interaction with clients thus promotes high and quality engagement.

New users finds it overwhelming since it is very feature-rich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool creates a centralized workflow where we are able to design cross-channels which helps orchestrate campaigns across all channels which is very tedious and time consuming when done manually.

The UI and the dashboard is smart and easy to look through it on everyday basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to refresh a segment. Whenever I pause a campaign and then restart it it does not shoot.

The UI and UX are quick and user-friendly. The team at Webengage is also extremely helpful.

There is no option to directly select user behavior within campaigns, which means I have to create a separate segment for every single scenario. This makes the process less efficient than it could be.

They are always striving to make the portal more user-friendly and convenient for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone new to Webengage, I have found it to be a highly capable and useful platform. What I appreciate most is its ability to unify multiple channels, allowing for personalized journeys—this feature is what I enjoy most about using LiveLaw. Because of this, I find myself using the platform quite frequently.
Although I am not from a technical background, I have an interest in technology, and I found the interface to be user-friendly. However, there are still some technical aspects that I struggle to grasp. During those times, the POC, Vineeth, has been very helpful and provided valuable support.
Once you find your way around the software, it is very easy to implement campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would've loved to have sample case studies where can refer to for creating journeys and campaigns with webegage. there isn't much content out there to help me do this. Also, as a non-technical person, it was slightly difficult for me to integrate webengage with our website.

Webengage has been instrumental in allowing us to segment our users effectively and deliver personalized experiences. As a result, we have seen a reduction in churn, an improvement in user experience, and better cost optimization.
