What do you like best about the product?
They have also add next gen conversional channel like Whats app and RCS which enable there customer to send multimedia communication and engage them more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have to focus more on implementing a process which enables them to connect with other vendors which there customer is already connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide a customer retention tool that helps enterprises engage their existing and churned customers and improve to help the enterprises achieve sales numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage has a lot of advanced filters that helps us segment our audience so well that it feels like we're talking with our customers 1:1.

Internal messaging and notification capabilities helped us to time our actions so that we can convert the actions by being at the right place at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ux of the app can be improved a lot. Also if the reporting capabilities can be made more dynamic that'd be awesome too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage is helping us personalized our internal communications with our users. And we're getting benefits of high conversion rate in our app purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
The industry is constantly changing, and WebEngage allows me to produce marketing at a very fast pace. The best market analysis management software for decision-making is undoubtedly this one. In creating follow-up processes, I have had some really important achievements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is something they need to improve because it has not performed adequately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to build strong consulting scales in numerous businesses that had adequate marketing analytics because we are continually growing as consultants and because we are aware of what works best for us in terms of productivity, analysis and creating accurate information. WebEngage has helped me foster strong work in terms of economic development, and it works fantastically for anyone interested in thoroughly researching the market.

What do you like best about the product?
1 ) Easy to use.
2) Allow many ways of re-targeting.
3) Multiple channels can be integrated.
4) Full-stack user retention.
5) Omni-channel journey.
6) Tracking the location, session, and events is easy to set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team is not that good. Sometimes the tracking data mismatch issue, embedded Iframe less to miss of sessions and page views. onboarding a third-party vendor is also difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking non-logged-in users on the website, their activity, and retargeting was a big issue. WebEngage allows us to identify and plan retargeting of such user via the Omni-channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I draw a lot of insights to improve my matrics like engagment, monetization etc. The good part is, I can plan a start to end journey for retargeting a user by multiple channels like email, whatsapp, sms , notification etc. to make sure that the intended user doesn't slip away from achieving his/her objective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data migration are very slow and if a organization want to transfer many thousands of user in a single go, webengage doesn't have a system in place or their system is very slow. We struggle for more than a month to upload more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We target user through a complete journey by tagreting and retargeting them with different channels like email, notificarion, sms, whatsapp etc. based on different actions and events in their journey to convert. Its benefitting as we are improving our engagement and CSAT.

You can create cohort and make the user journey using this tools easily

The analytical part can be improved this seems to be not so implemented

We are not sure about our retention and are also not able to track it so we decided to take a marketing automation tool to retain our customers and improve the retention rate. this tool is helping to run a new campaign and allow user to complete the order in the same fashion due to this the retention rate is improved in a good manar
