One of the best marketing automation tools out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Webengage is fairly simple to use. Creating multichannel campaigns, automated marketing campaigns, integrating multiple data sources is possible in Webengage. In addition, it allows some level of personlization on website through pop ups etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using webengage, we did face a couple of challenges. The initial integration using APIs with our website and inhouse application wasnt very simple and was indeed time consuming. Second, while webengage allows website personlization through pop ups etc, it doesnt allow for on-site page personlization within the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage was the first marketing automation product we ever used. It was very intutive and we extensively used it to create on-site campaigns as well as campaigns through emails, and other channels through their jourbeys feature. Overall, our marketing automation was completely taken cafre of using webengage.
Great Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness of journey creations. The interface is easy to navigate. More helpful in segmenting and targetting our users. I can customize my email design better than I was able to in Sendgrid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not available of the pre-built (Cart abandonment / Product recommendation, etc.,) customer journey. If we have a readymade journey we can easily customize it according to our requirements.

Using Webengage to get increased conversions of website visitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful in marketing automation which in turn helps in improving engagement & retention. The platform is good [where] the capability part is concerned
While the features are great, support needs some improvement

The features offered by Webengage are amongst the best ones, and the dashboards are clean and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
In case of any issues, the support team takes a lot of time to provide resolution, which is not very great for business.

It allows us to have a central tool for all our communication and control how many communications to send in a day intelligently.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is filled with so many amazing features. But, for me, the best one is the Journeys. I use it for inactive users' conversion, event-based interventions, and most importantly for creating automated campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I recently faced an issue, where I couldn't complete an on-site survey on a single page. The reason was that the survey was conditional. This issue was costing me successful conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is trying to help Product Teams with creating a more personalized and close relationship with their user base. Doing this without WebEngage would mean hundreds of development hours that could be used otherwise.

There are a lot of things in webengage that help us in target audiences in strategize manner. Also panel is user friendly, easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good just lot of improvement can be done in on-site & in-app notification. Apart from it New features can be added in Journey part which can help us in making better journey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in scheduling campaigns on daily basis and targeting users on a real-time basis. Themes and variety in campaigns are helping me in reducing dependency on UI team.

What do you like best about the product?
Funnels are more attractive than other analytics sites like GA/GTM. The best part of webengage is Live Segments and List of users with Custom Attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not understandable. And if possible please provide more videos regarding the same.

Some Time webengage down and not capturing and showing data on the portale , when I contact webengage team ,they help me a lot on time.

WebEngage helps us with managing our user accounts, planning a customer's journey through our platform, and establish touchpoints across their life within the environment.
Does the job for Omni-Channel engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
Omni channel integration allows for any possibility for the Indian market & beyond. Webengage has native integrations with most leading SMS, WhatsApp & Email service providers. Should you fancy setting your private integrations for WhatsApp's Cloud API or just record requests in your database, everything is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Behaviour analytics is a major disappointment for segment-based analysis. At present, lacks features to view critical insights like funnels, cohorts, etc by segments.
