Critical tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of the software is the ease of use to go from the CAD model to then going to the results and intergrating them into the next car stages
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it can be a bit tricky to get your head around and some simulations can take a long time to run however this is mostly down to the computer you are using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Simcenter for base FEA simulations to aid us in the design process of our products

Its every time optimising and cos saving when it comes to validation and virtual testing

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of identifiying Rotor misalignment and performing motion simulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Representation of result could have been more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simcenter 3D has reduced the modelling time and now we can more focus on engineering activities.

One of the reasons this product shine sover the others is the reduced time it takes for the ouput.Simcenter 3D is faster than others.

NO downside as such but sometimes small changes to the structure/geometry and then a rerun takes times to complete.

While traditional CAE tools often require multiple separate applications to perform multi-physics simulations, making the process complex and time-consuming the Simcenter 3D has fair integration with istructural, thermal, flow, motion into a single environment

1. It has comprehensive simulation capabilitiesIt as it integrates various simulation types, including structural, thermal, fluid dynamics, and acoustics, providing a holistic approach to vehicle analysis and optimization.

1. While it integrates well with other Siemens software, I face some challenges when trying to use it alongside non-Siemens tools, potentially complicating workflows in a diverse software environment.
